Love the machine when it worked - but now cannot get it fixed. Bought a high end elliptical that was delivered in September. Stopped working 6 days ago. Contacted them 5 days ago. After going from the local store to the regional service scheduler in Delaware I have been told on the national office can schedule the service - and it may be a week before they can even talk to me about setting a date. This is a high end machine - about $4,000
#JonhsonFitnessAndWellness has been the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with for buying something. I would never in a million years buy anything from these inconsiderate assholes again. I ordered a 3500 dollar elyptical machine 11 months ago. I still don't have a machine that is fixed.
First they sent someone to look at it; they messed it up worse. Then they sent someone else three weeks later who determined they would swap out the machine and we would keep the computer part. A month later a couple guys showed up without the right tools to take it off, stripped it out and decided they would just give us a new machine. That was after about 4 months having gone by. So, about a month later we get a new #Matrix machine with another creak in the leg pedal arm. They send out another guy about 2 months later and he makes it worse by his own admission, say he needs to order a new part. We get the part a month later and no call from Johnson fitness, so six weeks later I give a call and dude is as rude as he usually is.
He then asks me what company was working on it. As if that is my job to know.
The guy at Johnson Fitness, who I have spoken to probably 8 to 10 times now over the last 11 months, always tries to pass the buck and makes me feel like they have done nothing wrong. I'm sorry but if I had customers who spent $3500 on an item I would have them taken care of with speed. I would send a new machine and work on the old one in my own time, not keep sending people out who have to keep coming back over and over again. I finally let dude have a piece of my mind and he hung up on me. After 10 months of biting my tongue, I finally had enough of this rude ass acting like a pompous prick who treated me like getting it fixed was my job.
Then today I contacted Corporate live chat and some guy David had the nerve to tell me to stop being insulting. I had basically typed the above message and then proceeded to tell him the message was directed at the people at the store. He said "He knows, but he knows all those guys".
So instead of saying he was sorry at any point, he defends those guys.
Great Bro Bro company policy; Bro.
I told him the if a person is inconsiderate dissmisive in customer service I would consider that being an asshole.
I have yet to be apologized to in any way.
But hey, they did call me shortly after chating with thier corporate website guy to tell me they will send another tech out in two weeks. ????
I bought my machine Dec. 2019, it is Oct. 22nd 2020, and I still don't have a fixed machine.
Johnson wellness is horrible. I do not recommend.
