Trail running shoes
I've been hitting the trails in the mountains for a while now, and about two years back I decided to give trail running shoes a shot. I usually went with other brands before, but man, these shoes really upped the game in terms of stability and comfort! I did check out the Ultra Raptor shoes, but they were just too stiff for my taste. These trail running shoes are on another level when it comes to comfort, grip, and long-lasting durability. They haven't lost their shape or traction over time like other shoes I've tried. I've got four pairs now - two with Goretex for the winter, and two for the summer - and I wear them pretty much daily. They're just top of the line, no doubt about it.
Climbing pants and tank
I was mostly happy with the purchase process, though order processing took them quite some time.
When received, i realized pants are not good for me.
So here comes the worse part. Return is pretty much manual process + they don't reimburse shipping (and you need to ship to Boulder, Colorado). Plus they continue repeating that if packaging is damaged - they will additionally apply packing fees.
As mush as i like their stuff - i will think twice before ordering next time. Looks like ordering from re-seller with easy returns is a safer option.Climbing shoes review
I just got two pairs of climbing shoes from this brand and I couldn't be happier with them. The first pair, with a softer rubber, fit my foot like a dream and held up great for over two years of climbing on rocks and at the gym. They were awesome for smearing, toe hooking, and heel hooking. The second pair, with a harder rubber, wasn't as good indoors but really shined outside, especially on small footholds. Overall, I'm super happy with both pairs and would definitely recommend them to any seasoned climbers out there.
Trail running shoes and alpine skiing windproof and soft shell jacket.
I got some trail running shoes and an alpine skiing jacket from the outlet store in Ziano, and they are seriously awesome! The trail running shoes are super comfy and give me great support and grip on all kinds of surfaces, which makes my runs outside even better and safer. And the alpine skiing jacket is windproof and keeps me nice and toasty when I'm out in the cold. I'm really happy with both of them and would totally suggest them to anyone who needs some top-notch outdoor gear.

2. So, I saw this product I liked and bought it about a day ago. But then I got a message saying it's out of stock. They promised a refund, but I haven't seen it yet. It's frustrating, no one's keeping me in the loop here.
TX Guide Leather - Suola Scollata
I bought these TX Guide Leather shoes back in May 2023 at a store in Milan. Unfortunately, the sole came apart in August 2023 after only wearing them for about 50km. I really took good care of them and didn't do anything to damage them. I tried contacting customer service through the email listed on the website but never heard back. I've heard that this problem happens a lot with this model. Could someone from the company please get back to me about this? Thank you.
Snug and secure climbing shoes
I just got myself a sweet pair of climbing shoes that fit like a glove and give me excellent grip and support. They've been amazing for my bouldering sessions at the intermediate level, helping me build my courage to take on challenging climbs. But for anything above V7+, I'd suggest going for a pair that's a bit more sensitive and downturned, so you can really feel the rock and nail those precise moves.
Snow boots that kept me warm on Scottish mountains
After wearing all kinds of snow boots for 15 years, I gotta say, these ones are really something else. They kept me nice and toasty on my winter mountain adventures in Scotland. They're comfy, sturdy, and super technical, making them perfect for tough terrain. Gotta admit, the quality of these boots is top-notch. But I gotta be honest, the customer service could use a little work.
Skwama shoes defective
I bought these shoes at the store hoping to get a replacement, but all they did was give me a refund. Now I'm stuck without shoes for three months and store credit for styles I don't even like. The warranty service just passes the blame to the store, so now I'm frustrated and stuck.
Hiking boots
I bought some hiking boots from this website not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. At first the website seemed legit, but when my order arrived, it was clear that they were fake knockoffs. Those boots were awful quality and they fell apart after just a few hikes. I tried getting a refund or exchange through customer service, but they were no help at all - talk about frustrating! I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from that website.
Hiking shoes
I bought some hiking shoes online, but man, that website was sketchy. I had to cancel my order. I've been waiting forever for a refund, but it's like they disappeared off the face of the earth. Just found out the website got shut down, so I guess I can kiss that money goodbye.
High mountain boots for experienced climbers
I really loved these high mountain boots when I first got them, I've even climbed Rosa twice in them! But after a few years, the plastic part in the back started falling apart... it feels like I wasted my money. The customer service was no help at first, and then they said it's out of warranty (it's been over 2 years now). I hate to say it, but my Meindl boots have lasted me 20 years and are still going strong.
Trekking shoes never delivered
I bought these really awesome hiking shoes more than 2 weeks ago and paid for them ahead of time. But guess what? They never arrived. Such a rip off, watch out!
Durable hiking shoes
I bought some hiking shoes not too long ago, and the material on the heel already started tearing after just a few months of use. I took them to a specialty store, and they told me it looked like the shoes had been worn a lot and that wear and tear was normal. They wouldn't give me a refund or replace them, which was really disappointing. The quality and customer service were just not up to par. I won't be going back to that store or buying shoes from that brand again.
New shoes bought, never received
I got these super cool new shoes online using my mom's credit card, but they never arrived! I sent a bunch of emails asking where they were, but they keep ignoring me. I'm really disappointed and don't want anyone else to go through this. All I wanted was some fresh new kicks, you know?

I wouldn't suggest anyone buy from this place.

I just bought a pair of climbing shoes from this company and sadly, they came in all banged up. I reached out to customer service right away, sending them pics of the damage, but they weren't much help. They kept saying I had to foot the bill for return shipping even though the shoes were clearly messed up. Their lack of responsibility and not wanting to make things right was really annoying and upsetting. I'd recommend folks looking at their stuff to maybe shop elsewhere where they treat customers better.
