Waterproof coat
I just bought a waterproof coat from this company, even though I've never shopped with them before. I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived quickly. The coat was nice, but it had a defect. I called customer service on a Friday at noon and talked to Clare. She was super helpful and understanding, and I got my replacement coat on Sunday morning. The service I got was really amazing, and I'll definitely shop with them again.
Prompt delivery, safely packaged, beautiful coat
I just have to say, I am so happy with my recent purchase from this store. The item got here quickly and was packaged well, which is always a bonus for me. The coat I bought was just like they said it would be and it's even more stunning in person. The quality is really good, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. All in all, it was a great experience and I'll definitely be returning for more in the future.
Replacing oversized coat with smaller size
I first bought a coat in a bigger size, but ended up swapping it for a smaller one. The customer service was really good and my new order arrived quickly. However, I did notice some problems with the stitching on the original coat. There were loose threads and the seams weren't finished properly.
Pack-away mac
I just bought something from this clothing brand and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The process to order was easy and straightforward, so I could easily pick out and buy the pack-away mac that I wanted. The product was even better than I expected - really good quality and just what I was hoping for. I've bought from this brand before and they never let me down. Grandson's t-shirt
I got this t-shirt for my grandson and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the quality was for the price I paid. It was definitely worth the money, a real bargain. I ordered it early because the delivery took longer than I expected. The communication was alright, but it could have been improved.
Lovely striped coat for my daughter
I was so impressed with the stuff I got from this company. The cute striped coat I bought for my daughter was stylish and tough. I was happy that it got to me so quickly, and the way it was wrapped up showed they cared about it not getting messed up on the way. And when I had to send something back, it was easy peasy with their free Royal Mail pickup. All in all, I got great service from this company and I'll for sure be coming back for more later on.
Rain jacket purchase
I just bought a rain jacket from Lighthouse Clothing, and I'm really happy with it! Ordering was simple and the delivery came right on time. What I liked the most was the eco-friendly packaging - a sturdy paper bag that can be recycled easily.
Cute raincoat
Oh my gosh, I'm so excited about my new raincoat! It's seriously the cutest thing and it came right on time. It's exactly what I was looking for and it's perfect for the summer weather. Plus, it fits me like a glove. I read some reviews saying the arms were short, so I got the petite size and it's just right. I'm absolutely in love with it!
Wet weather coat
This coat is amazing! It saved me from getting drenched when everyone else was getting soaked in the rain and wind. The quality is good, but I had to trim off a lot of loose threads before I could wear it. The machine stitching could use some improvement, but for the price, it's a fantastic deal. I would definitely recommend it!
Beachcomber jacket lightweight Summer version
I recently got the Beachcomber jacket for summer and it's really nice. The size was bigger than I expected, so I probably could have gone a size down. I ordered a size 10, but it was too big on me. Also, the jacket was longer than I thought it would be, which was a bummer since I'm only 5'1" tall. I was looking for something that would hit just below my butt, but this one was more like three-quarter length on me. Even though there were some downsides, the jacket was comfortable with a soft lining and a hood that I could adjust with strings, which was great for a lightweight waterproof jacket. The hood could also be rolled up and kept out of the way, making it even more functional.
Exceptional quality clothing
I just bought some clothes from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how good the quality was. But you know what? The sizing just didn't fit me right. The good thing though was that the delivery came right on time, and when I needed to return the item, it was a breeze. I just called up the post office and they came right by to pick it up.

Two jackets
I called to order some jackets and the guy who helped me out was awesome. He knew just what I wanted and I ended up getting two. This is my second time buying from them since my son got me one before. I'll definitely be on the lookout for their new stuff in the future.

I received my order right on time, but unfortunately it didn't fit me so I had to send it back. Normally I don't like dealing with online returns, but this one was surprisingly easy. They mentioned that I would be getting my money back, so everything turned out fine in the end!

Two oversized jackets for tall customers
Your store is seriously a life-saver for tall people like me. I got two jackets in size 20, even though I usually wear 12 or 14 because I'm 185 cm tall. They fit like a dream and look incredible on me. The quality is seriously top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with my buy. I'm already excited to check out the winter collection, especially since I've got my eye on a cozy coat for the colder months.
Pink raincoat with longer back
I recently bought this awesome pink raincoat with a longer back, and it's perfect for those rainy days. The color is super cute, and the longer back keeps my butt dry when I sit down. I've worn it a few times already, and I'm really happy I went for a size up because now I can layer a sweatshirt underneath on colder days. It's definitely become my go-to jacket!
Coat
I just bought a coat from this store and I am so happy with it. This is my second coat from here, and I have to say, the quality is amazing. It fits me perfectly, not too big but still keeps me cozy.
