New raincoat purchase
I got my new raincoat pretty quickly, but there was a little problem with it. I sent an email to customer service and they fixed it right away by sending me a new one within a few days. I'm really pleased with the service I got. Awesome customer service.
Ariana Top purchase
The company's service was super quick and efficient, but I had a problem with the sizing of the Ariana Top. So, I first got a size 10, but it was way too big. Had to send it back and get a size 8 instead, which came pretty quickly and fit just right. Bummer though, there was a mismatch in the stripes on the sleeves, kind of a letdown. Still, I decided to keep it and hope no one notices. Just FYI, the size 10 this year fits more like a size 12, while the size 8 is the same as last year's size 10.
Jacket return and reorder for bigger size
I just had to return a jacket I bought because it was too small. The return was super quick and smooth, and I got my money back right away. Instead of swapping it out, I decided to just order a larger size to get it faster. The shipping was crazy fast, making the whole thing easy as pie. I was really blown away by how fast and efficient everything was.
Lovely coat, orange accents
I really love the coat I got from this store. It's super cute and cozy, but I'm not sure if it'll keep me warm enough once winter really hits. I'll just have to wait and find out, I suppose. The coat fits me perfectly and the orange details really make it pop. I got the coat pretty fast and I've been wearing it non-stop ever since.
Azalea Pink Jacket
This Azalea Pink jacket is amazing - seriously a game-changer! It's not only waterproof, but also lightweight, warm, and windproof. The bright and cheerful color is exactly what I needed after a long, dreary winter. I have zero regrets about buying this jacket, it was totally worth it. The website was super easy to use and my order showed up right on time. Thanks for such a great purchase!
Jacket purchase
I just had to get this jacket cause it was on sale and I really needed a new one. I was surprised how quickly it arrived, even quicker than my pizza last weekend! And get this - it had brand new pockets! The ones on my old jacket were all messed up, so I'm happy they switched it up.
Raincoat for my mom
I got my mom a raincoat as a gift but it was too small. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent out a bigger size. It fit perfectly and my mom was happy! Thank you for the awesome customer service!
Comfy shirts with stripes
These shirts are incredibly soft and stretchy, just perfect for spring and summer with the 3/4 sleeves. I really wish they had more long-sleeved options for those windy days at the beach. The only issue I have is that the sizes can be a little wonky - sometimes I have to go a size down and the sizes don't always match up for the same style.
Recent clothing purchase
I just made a purchase at this clothing company and I'm feeling kinda meh about it. The stuff I got was pretty decent quality and came pretty fast after I ordered. But when it came to sizing, I had some questions and the customer service wasn't all that helpful. The prices were alright, nothing too special though. Overall, it was just okay, nothing to rave about.
