Recent clothing purchase
I just bought some clothes from this store and let me tell you, I was really impressed. The quality is top notch and they fit like a glove. Plus, they have a great selection of styles to choose from, something for everyone's taste.
Late delivery and poor customer service
My order got delayed for like a whole week without them even letting me know what's up. I had to keep calling over and over trying to get some answers, but nobody could tell me anything. Then I started getting emails that didn't make sense - one said my order made it to a pick-up spot, then another said it was sent back to the sender. When I finally talked to this guy Ismael M., he was no help at all. He didn't care, didn't want to help, and wouldn't pass me on to someone else. He just didn't seem to care, gave me vague answers, and wouldn't let me talk to a manager or another rep. His lack of communication skills and bad attitude just made everything worse. I was so frustrated and didn't get anywhere with fixing the issue.
Online order for delivery to local ParcelShop
My recent experience trying to order something online for pickup at my local ParcelShop was a letdown. I placed my order on their website and waited a few days only to get an email saying sorry for the delay. But the real shocker came when I saw that my order had actually been cancelled without them telling me. It was annoying not knowing what was going on and now I'm not so sure I can trust their online system anymore.
Feb order still not here
Ugh, I ordered my things back in February and they still haven't shown up! I've been trying to reach out to them, but it's been such a nightmare. Seriously, steer clear of ordering from this place online!
Clothes missing, want a refund
I mean, can you believe it? I ordered some clothes and they never showed up! I had to request a refund twice because they claimed my order vanished during delivery. It's been weeks and my money is still nowhere to be found. Trying to talk to them about it? Total nightmare. They take forever to respond. I love their clothes, but if they can't figure things out, I might have to think twice before ordering from them again.
Online order gift
I bought a gift online and waited two weeks without hearing anything. Finally, I reached out to check in. The customer service rep said my item was coming soon and gave me a tracking code, promising it would be here in three days. Well, a week went by and still no package. I tried calling customer service, but got nowhere. I told them it was a gift and I could wait if they could just give me a delivery date, and they said it was on its way. But suddenly, out of nowhere, I got an email saying the item was out of stock and I got a refund. The lack of communication and not fixing their mistake was really disappointing.
Online order frustration
I can't believe how unprofessional and clueless the customer service was when I tried to return my order online. I've been dealing with this for 2 months now, just getting the same generic responses that don't even answer my questions. It's like they're not even reading what I write and just copy and paste templates. I'm definitely never ordering from them again!
Missing item, damaged packaging, stained and creased items
I'm really upset about my recent purchase from this store. The customer service was terrible, hardly any help on the live chat. When I got my order, there was something missing, the plastic bags were all torn and sloppily taped, and everything was either stained or wrinkled. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this store - it was just a total waste of time and money.
Faulty item received, requested exchange, issued refund without reason
I recently had a really bad experience with a recent purchase. I got my order and it turned out to be faulty, so I reached out to customer service right away to get an exchange. But instead of helping me out, they just gave me a refund with no reason why. When I asked about it, they said that if I still wanted the item, I'd have to pay extra for shipping and at a higher price since the sale was over. The whole thing was super frustrating and made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer.
Still waiting for my clothes to arrive
I am so frustrated with Mango and this other company, Evri, because they are taking forever to deliver my order. If only I had checked the reviews before making a purchase. Mango keeps saying it's on the way, and Evri is saying the same thing. Why can't they just give me a straight answer on where my stuff is? Customer service is no help, just repeating the same information I already know. It's so frustrating! Will I ever receive my clothes? Ugh!
Jeans order
Oh man, I was so stoked to order these adorbs jeans I found online. I put in my order on a Monday, figuring they'd be here by the weekend. But nope! I didn't even get a shipping update until Friday, and now it's been 2 weeks and still no jeans. I'm majorly disappointed and regret buying from this place. Definitely learned my lesson!
Missing item, high delivery fee
The customer service at this place is seriously frustrating! I was trying to cancel my order because they forgot something, and they totally overcharged me for delivery. Seriously, what's up with that? It's just not right.
