Dragon Naturally Speaking software
I recently got the Dragon Naturally Speaking software and man, it was a disappointment. I ordered version 13 online and got it really fast, which was cool. But when I started using it, it kept writing "I will" instead of what I was actually saying. I thought maybe it was because of an old version on my computer, so I deleted everything and tried installing it again. No luck though, the program didn't want to accept the serial number. I called customer service for help and was let down when they tried to sell me an upgrade instead of fixing my problem. They told me to call back on Monday, so now I'm stuck without a solution for a while.

I am so frustrated with Mango and this other company, Evri, because they are taking forever to deliver my order. If only I had checked the reviews before making a purchase. Mango keeps saying it's on the way, and Evri is saying the same thing. Why can't they just give me a straight answer on where my stuff is? Customer service is no help, just repeating the same information I already know. It's so frustrating! Will I ever receive my clothes? Ugh!

These styles are super current and cozy, especially the Jersey Boxer - my new go-to. But, I noticed the sizes are way smaller than what I'm used to with brands like Nike or Fruit of the Loom. I usually wear XL, but couldn't even squeeze into any of the XXL options for button downs or crew necks. The tailored fit just isn't big guy-friendly.

The Container Store seriously has the best design service ever, no joke! You get to hop on a video call with this super cool consultant named Natalie. She totally nailed helping me plan out my "His" and "Her" closets with shoe drawers, hanging spaces, and all that jazz. The design tool they have is actually really fun to play around with, and Natalie is a total pro at using it. And get this - the whole thing ended up costing $5000 less than if I had gone to Home Depot! Plus, the deliveries were crazy fast and everything arrived on time, except for one drawer that got a little crushed. But no biggie, customer service was on it and sent me a replacement super quick! They even hooked me up with a new standard for free when I realized I had messed up my measurements. Overall, it was such a great experience and I'll definitely be going back there again, and you better believe I'm telling all my friends about it too.

BBQ grill purchase
I dropped 700 dollars on this really cool BBQ grill from Vevor. When I first got it, I was stoked, but after using it a couple times, I started noticing some major issues. The griddle is in a funky position and doesn't function properly, the lid has just one latch and now it's all wonky, and the brackets are all bent out of shape. I reached out to Vevor, and all they gave me was a garbage store coupon that didn't solve any of the problems. Their customer service was super slow and not helpful at all.

I do not recommend this company as they may deceive you and charge you for months or years to watch one game. They will take your credit card information, illegally store it, and illegally charge your credit card month after month without your consent. Look on the Better Business Bureau’s complaints and you will find that many grandparents and parent naively signed up and paid the NFHS Network’ fee (around $11) to watch one of their grandchildren’s/child’s games and then NFHS Network continued to deceitfully charge the grandparent/parent without their consent for months on it. It is easy to overlook this monthly charge because NFHS Network intentionally deceives its victim by makings its name hidden on the credit card statement. This is how it is listed on the statement: NFHSNTWRK... 56CD6C02A0U HTTPSNFHSNETWGA. NFHS Network will not accept phone calls if you want to call to complain so you must email. If they do not like what you have to say, they completely cut off communication with you and just will not answer you email which is why so many have gone to the BBB to file complaints as I just did. So, be warned that NFHS Network may deceive you with a subscription service which continues to charge you without your consent.
