Assorted short dresses
I recently bought a bunch of cute short dresses and overall, I'm pretty happy with my experience. The dresses I got were gorgeous and good quality. But some didn't fit right or weren't flattering on me. I had to send those back for a refund, and the process was pretty easy. I used the prepaid return label from Royal Mail and got most of my money back for the returned items, minus £2.99 per item and non-refundable postage. Still, I liked that the return label was included in the package, so I didn't have to print it out. I also emailed customer service about the dresses that didn't work out, and they were apologetic and quick to respond to my questions about the return label, which was helpful.
Excellent products
One who wish to have their own side business can benefited from this big store for her. Out of six more websites I had selected during mid June of last year wherein big sales or discounted items offered. Five percent to seventy five percent offer changed whole sceenario of my financial stress.
I only collect items from discounted prices .How good to see when customers ask me for particular product and I take this challenge ,go to the those selected sites including this one and provide them on small profits .
I can't write anything negative about any such sellers who have given a chance to create my own platform for daily livelyhood.Refund assistance
I wanted to share about this really great customer service experience I had with a guy named Joseph. He totally helped me out with getting a refund and fixing a problem I had with my order. Joseph was super professional, knew his stuff, and was really patient with me the whole time. I'm really thankful for how he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that everything got sorted out quickly. His friendly and helpful way of dealing with things really made my shopping experience so much better.
Customer Service Experience
I just wanted to share that I had a great interaction with Joseph over at customer service. He was super nice and really helpful. I had a question and he got back to me within a day, which was awesome. Joseph really went out of his way to help me and made sure to take care of all my concerns. You can tell he really cares about doing a great job and making customers happy. I was really impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was, which made my whole experience with the company really positive.
Duplicate Order Payment Issue
So, I had this super frustrating experience with buying something from this company. I tried ordering a product online, but got an error message saying my request timed out. Even though my bank account wasn't charged right away, I never got a confirmation email. So, I thought I'd give it another shot. Turns out, I ended up with not one, but two emails confirming my order for the same item, and they took two payments from my account. I tried to cancel one of the orders, but couldn't find a phone number to call, so I had to email them. Eventually, they said they couldn't cancel the order because it was already on its way. What's weird is that the dispatch email came right before their response, almost like they were stalling. They told me I'd have to wait to get the duplicate item and return it for a refund, but get this, the return process had a fee of £2.99. Seemed like they were trying to make money off of people accidentally ordering twice.
Return issue
I had a really frustrating experience with this company back in February. I ordered some stuff and ended up returning it. After bugging them a bunch of times, I finally got my money back. But get this - it wasn't the full amount I was supposed to get according to PayPal. I showed them proof of the mistake, but the customer service folks weren't much help. They basically said it was my issue to figure out. The clothes themselves weren't even that great, which just added to my disappointment.
Recent clothing purchase
I just bought some clothes from this company and their customer service really impressed me, to be honest. I messed up the shipping address, but I was able to reach out to their customer service team right away. Even though it was during the holidays, Joseph, one of their reps, got back to me quickly. He fixed the shipping address before my order went through. I'm grateful for Joseph's quick and efficient help because it made sure I didn't have any issues getting my order.
Black ribbed off-the-shoulder top
I just got this super cute black off-the-shoulder top from this company, and I've gotta say, it's really nice! I was surprised by how good the quality is. The app was really easy to use, which made it a breeze to find exactly what I wanted. This was my first time ordering from them, and I'm really happy with my purchase. The top is stylish, comfy, and fits me just right. I'll definitely be ordering from them again next time.
Clothing items
My experience with the company was pretty good. I bought some clothes from their website not too long ago, but when my order arrived, there was something missing. Luckily, I reached out to customer service and spoke with Joe. He was super helpful and took care of the problem right away. I really liked how quick and friendly the customer service was. Even with the small issue, I'd totally think about buying from them again down the road.
Cute dress
I recently picked up the cutest dress from this place and couldn't wait to show it off at my friend's birthday bash. The fabric was top-notch and it fit me just right. I seriously felt like a princess in that thing! Plus, the customer service was top-notch too. Even though it was Easter weekend, the person I chatted with was super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back here for more shopping!
Quick responses and helpful customer service
I had a really good experience with the customer service team at this store. I had some questions and concerns about returning an item, and they got back to me quickly and were really helpful. Eleana was especially great and made me feel really happy with how everything was handled.
Style top, too small
I really loved the style of that top, it was super cute and trendy! But when I tried it on, it was way too small for me. I was really bummed because I was excited to wear it. Now I have to deal with the whole process of returning it and exchanging it for a larger size. Ugh!
Clothing quality and shipping speed
I was really impressed with the quality of the clothes I got from this company. The material was top-notch and still looked great even after I washed them several times. The shipping was super quick, which was a nice surprise. And the customer service team was really helpful and quick to respond when I had a question about my order.
