Ladies jersey purchase, possibly used.
The size of the women's jersey I bought was all wrong. I usually wear an XS, but I got a small this time and it was way too snug around my chest and shoulders. Plus, the jersey came with no tag, so now I'm wondering if it was pre-owned. And I was bummed to see that the name and numbers were just screen printed instead of stitched, especially given the cost.
Super Bowl gear order
I'm so upset about my experience ordering Super Bowl gear from this store. I picked this shop because they promised to deliver before the big game. I ordered three shirts and hats, expecting to get them by February 9th. But nothing showed up, and customer service didn't have any answers. It's not cool for a company to lie about delivery guarantees and then not come through. Now, my stuff isn't supposed to arrive until February 12th, after the Super Bowl happened. I'm left with nothing and feeling really annoyed.
Team t-shirt purchase
I just bought a t-shirt from this store and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The customer service was terrible and there was zero communication from the company. I really suggest not buying from here if you want a hassle-free shopping experience.
3 49er shirts
Can you believe this? Yet another delay with my shipment? I bought 3 49er shirts thinking they'd be here by February 9th. But now, they're saying it won't come until the 12th! And you know what? That's after the Super Bowl! Seriously, they need to do better than this!
Christmas gift order
I ordered a Christmas gift for my son, but it hasn't shown up yet. I've emailed customer service twice, but haven't heard back about where my order is. Not getting any updates is making my son and me pretty bummed out and annoyed.
