Graphic NFL T-shirt purchase
I just bought this awesome NFL T-shirt with a cool graphic on it, and let me tell you about the great customer service I got. Christin was amazing and really went out of her way to help me with my order. She quickly fixed any problems I had, and she was super nice and professional the whole time. Dealing with her made everything so easy. It's because of people like Christin that I'll definitely be shopping with this company again. Huge thanks to you, Christin, for all your help!
Cool jersey
I got this awesome jersey from here, and I was so excited to wear it to school and flex on all my friends. Ordering was a breeze and the website was super easy to use. The only bummer was that it took a bit longer than I thought for my jersey to show up, but it was totally worth it. The fit was just right, and the quality was top-notch. I'm thrilled with my purchase and for sure gonna shop here again. Overall, it was a really good shopping experience.
Rectified order
I had the worst time with my order at first - it got all messed up and didn't arrive when I thought it would. I was super frustrated after talking to a customer service rep on the phone and felt like I was never going to get my stuff. But then, out of the blue, I got an email from someone on the Fan Team, and they fixed everything up just the way I wanted it. Now my order is finally on its way - thank you for pulling through in the end.
Football gear
I got some awesome football gear from this place. Two of the packages came pretty quick, but the biggest one took way too long to get here. I hopped on the online chat with customer service and they were really chill about it. They sent out the missing items and even gave me a refund for what they didn't have. Finally, the missing package arrived. The customer service was great, but the delivery was a bit sketchy.
Expeditied top order
I was really let down by the service I got from this shop. They told me my order got lost, and even though they promised to send me another top, they gave the shipping company tracking info without actually sending the item. They said it would be rushed for delivery, but I still haven't gotten anything. I'm giving them a couple days to fix it, but if they can't get the order to the shipping company, I want my money back. It's super important for the shop to work closely with their factory so customers like me get their stuff on time.
Christmas gift order
I ordered a Christmas gift back on November 28th and I still haven't gotten it after almost six weeks. I've tried reaching out to the company but I can't seem to get a hold of them. It's really frustrating dealing with the lack of communication and the delay in getting my order.
Recent t-shirt purchase
I totally understand where you're coming from. Some folks just love to gripe about stuff that they can't even do anything about. I mean, come on, pointing fingers at the vendor for late deliveries is like blaming your team for a loss - it's not their fault! Personally, when I ordered a t-shirt, it actually showed up earlier than I thought. So, let's all chill out and not make such a big fuss, okay?
Purchased a jersey
The jersey I bought wasn't up to snuff, ya know? The quality just wasn't there, and I wish they had given me a better description before I bought it. But, on the bright side, the customer service was great. They hooked me up with a return label right away and got my refund processed quickly.
Custom jersey purchase
I thought I was being smart buying a custom jersey for my husband's Christmas gift early, but now it's still "processing" 18 days later. I tried reaching out to customer service for an update, but got no response. How can a company take my money, not send my order, and then ignore my messages? It's so frustrating and unprofessional. Maybe if they focused on filling orders instead of responding to reviews, they wouldn't have unhappy customers like me. All I wanted was a shipping update or refund, but it seems like I won't be getting either anytime soon.
NFL jersey purchase
I bought an NFL jersey from this website not too long ago, and let me tell you, the delivery process was a complete nightmare. Even though UPS said the package would be here on a specific day, it ended up taking way longer than expected. And when I reached out to customer service to get some answers, they told me a different delivery date than what I was originally told. Talk about confusing and frustrating! My experience with this website was a total bummer, and I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Official NFL team jersey
I got an official NFL team jersey and let me tell you, I was so disappointed with the service I got from this Company. It took more than two weeks for my order to get to me, which is just not okay, especially shipping from NY to Western Canada. I've gotten stuff from overseas way quicker than this Company took. It's really frustrating and disappointing how slow they are at delivering. I'm not going to buy anything from them again.
Unfortunate experience with wrong orders
I had a rough time with my recent orders from your store. I bought the same t-shirt twice, but both times I got the wrong one - a woman's shirt instead of the men's one I wanted. This mix-up not only messed things up but also got me really frustrated because the shirt I actually wanted was sold out by then. On top of that, returning the items was a pain, and reaching customer service for help was a struggle. And to make matters worse, it took longer than I thought to get my money back for the return, making the whole situation even more annoying.
Cool Eagles Jersey
I got this really awesome Eagles jersey from this shop and man, let me tell you, it was a total mess. The delivery took forever and their customer service was the worst! I had to bug them so many times just to find out what was going on with my order. And don't even get me started on the prices, definitely not the greatest. I feel like I could've found a better deal somewhere else. Overall, really not happy with the whole experience!
NFL jersey purchase
I just bought an NFL jersey from this store and the delivery process was not great. They gave me a delivery date, but when that day came and went, they made a bunch of excuses. When I called them out on it, they just kept making more excuses instead of owning up to it. Waiting two weeks for something that should have come sooner is not cool. I shouldn't have to deal with excuses or go through the hassle of returning the item after waiting so long.
Championship 49ers T-shirt
I ordered a 49ers Championship t-shirt right after they won the big game. Got an email saying it would arrive by 2/9. But then they went ahead and canceled my order the next day without giving me a heads up. Two days before the Superbowl, I realized my shirt wasn't coming at all. NFL Shop, you dropped the ball on this one!
Sweatshirt purchase
I bought a sweatshirt from this company, but it was the wrong size. I returned it the next day for a refund to my original payment method, but instead of getting my money back, I got an e-gift card. Dealing with this has been frustrating because I had to call multiple times to fix it. The customer service reps I talked to weren't helpful and sometimes rude. It was hard to understand them because of a language barrier, and they wouldn't give me any other numbers to call for help. I'm still waiting for my refund and won't be using this site again.
