Expeditied top order
I was really let down by the service I got from this shop. They told me my order got lost, and even though they promised to send me another top, they gave the shipping company tracking info without actually sending the item. They said it would be rushed for delivery, but I still haven't gotten anything. I'm giving them a couple days to fix it, but if they can't get the order to the shipping company, I want my money back. It's super important for the shop to work closely with their factory so customers like me get their stuff on time.

Travel bags and crossbody bag
The bags from this company are seriously amazing. I recently got a fanny pack and I'm obsessed with it already. It's comfy, looks great, and perfect for everyday use. I can't wait for my medium backpack to arrive for my upcoming trip, along with the black Rubi crossbody bag. I'm tempted to get another crossbody bag in Rye because these bags are just so good. I'm super picky about bags, but Dagne Dover has completely blown me away with their designs and how well they work. I'm so happy with my buys and I think I'm becoming addicted to them.

Flying Fairies
I picked up these flying fairy toys for my friend's sleepover and they were really awesome! We were pleasantly surprised to see that they were already charged when we took them out of the box. We had a blast playing with them all night, and even in the morning before everyone left. They were super fun and simple to operate, especially with the autopilot function. They were a big hit at the party for sure!

Money wasted on deceptive promotion
I am really upset about the customer service and tricky marketing they did. I thought I was signing up for a 12-week trial for just $3 a month, but instead, they charged me over $100 for a whole year without telling me first. The confirmation email said I would get a heads-up before the trial ended, but I never got one. When I tried to cancel as soon as I saw the charge, customer service hit me with a canned response saying they wouldn't give me a refund. They took no responsibility, didn't explain anything, and showed zero respect for me as a customer.

Shoes exchanged for bigger size
I had to swap out my shoes for a larger size and the whole thing went super smooth. I dropped them off on Monday and already had the new pair by Wednesday. I was really impressed with how fast everything was and I'll definitely be going back to them in the future.

this product is absolute garbage. the tension screws dont work properly. im on my 2nd replacement of this item ... both have the same identical problem. Not to mention there customer service is dogshit, just to get the replacement sent took 2months.

Customer service is nonexistent here if anything goes wrong with your order expect them to tell you to make it right even if the error is on their end I order two shirts. My order was correct. They sent me the wrong shirts instead of turning around being like. hey how do we solve the situation Which would’ve been an easy response of just send me the correct items with a return label and I’ll mail it back. If you don’t have it in 30 days charge me but instead I am now expected to do all of this legwork to get these items back to them so they can process a return so maybe I can get my shirts in the next couple months . Complete garbage you go to bombing science they do all they can to make sure your satisfied customer you go to 004 connect. They do all they can to make sure you’re satisfied customer when you’re buying from these guys I wish you luck. YURRRR GUNNA NEED IT ! Oh an not to mention u buy a tee an sneeze it’ll explode can’t believe how paper thin it is

Have purchased items through the Trainz website and everything went smooth without problems, including shipping. However, my latest purchase was shipped via Fedex Smartpost(or whatever Fedex is now calling it) and my order went on a 13 day tour from Ga. to Penna.. The package actually went by my location 4 times, went to Ohio, and finally came back East to my location. Talking to Fedex was useless as they had all kinds of excuses. Trainz, my suggestion is to STOP using Fedex Smartpost as it triples/quadruples delivery time. (the same issue occurred with items ordered from other companies using Smartpost). Thanks for listening

Ordered a carded figure and it arrived with the card back rolled over the figure bubble leaving a HUGE crease across the entire card back that can’t be fixed. The value is now halved because of the poor packaging.

Gucci Horsebit Loafers
Ordered Gucci shoes, took a week to process order, could not get in contact with anyone for about 4 days, they finally responded after the order shipped from Italy. Shoes are 100% authentic, i have the same pair in a different color , so was able to verify authenticity, came with all correct boxing , dust bags, rfid tags. Overall was happy with purchase, wish customer service was better.

They sent the wrong lights, then gave me an RMA to return them, cost me $25 to ship the kit back. Now they have never issued the refund. I am out over $180!
You can file a claim with your credit card company and they will do a charge back to the company and open a dispute.
