    Can u believe? When open this website and seen colorful waterproof jackets I decided to buy few from here..First name from selection was ,Quilted chest patch pocket jackets ,one long jacket and three paired Bebe winter boots for my baby.
    Common thing is quality of apparels ,quite best for season ,
    I gone through the total products and offers here ,huge collections are available for all ages ,Discount offers also going on hundred types of products including shoes,baby clothes shoes boots ,men's and other accessories.In accessories rack there are some fantastic products of bags ,hope I will come back soon for some more items.

    I've been a Nordstrom Rack customer for a while now, and I recently bought some clothes, shoes, and accessories from them. The stuff I got was really good quality, but the whole ordering process was a bit of a letdown. The website was easy to use, but my order took way longer to arrive than I expected. I ordered on September 7th, and my stuff didn't show up until September 25th. That's not cool, and it doesn't match up with the great service I usually get from Nordstrom Rack.

    I just came back from visiting the Nordstrom Rack in Colorado Springs and let me tell you, the customer service there was top-notch. Purita, one of the staff members, really knew her stuff and was super friendly. She went out of her way to help me and my family pick out clothes. Her positive attitude and eagerness to assist us made shopping there a breeze. I definitely suggest checking out this place if you're looking for good quality clothes at affordable prices.

    My recent trip to the store was kind of a mess. The clearance section was a total disaster - all packed in and hard to find anything good. I had to dig through a bunch of low-quality stuff with missing buttons and threads hanging loose on clothes. But even with all that, the chance of scoring some awesome deals on big brand names kept me going back. I loved the excitement of finding hidden treasures in the chaos, even if it meant taking my time and being patient.

    New clothes from Nordstrom Rack

    I went to Nordstrom Rack and picked up some new clothes for a special event. But when I got home, I found out that some of the stuff I bought was missing! Can you believe it? I was really looking forward to wearing my new outfits, but now I can't because of some mix-up by an employee. And to top it off, I can't even get replacements for the missing items. What a letdown! I called customer service and they mentioned that they might give me a refund, but who knows when that will actually happen. So basically, I wasted my time hunting for these great deals only to end up with nothing.

    I gotta tell ya, I bought this gorgeous dress at Nordstrom Rack and the service was out of this world. There was this sales associate named Lorraine, and let me tell you, she went all out to get me the best deal. She took her time to find the perfect dress for me, plus she signed me up for a rewards program that saved me even more cash. Her focus on the little things and making sure I was happy really made shopping a breeze.

    Blanket and a pair of shoes

    So, a few weeks back I got this blanket and really cute shoes from Nordstrom Rack. But guess what? The blanket didn't even make it to my place! I was so disappointed because it was final sale, no chance of getting my money back. I reached out to them, but they were like, "Sorry, final sale means no refund, even if it's lost in transit!" Can you believe that? Now I have to figure out how to get a refund from the shipping company. UGH. Nordstrom Rack, you need to step up your game, seriously.

    Shoes in wrong sizes

    The store really messed up my shoe sizes twice in one month! The first pair they sent me was supposed to be my size, but it was way off. And then, with the second pair, they labeled it as a size 5 when I clearly ordered a size 10! It's been such a hassle trying to get my money back for the return shipping. Why do they keep making these huge mistakes?

    grey sweater

    I recently bought a grey sweater from Nordstrom Rack, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. I ordered this specific Vince cable braid dark grey sweater on 3/3/2022, but when the package arrived, it was totally different. I got a sweater in a different color and style, it had a strong perfume scent, and it was damaged. I was bummed out by the mix-up and returned it on 3/10, even had a USPS receipt as proof. But here we are on 3/30, and I still haven't gotten my refund for the wrong item. I've called customer service multiple times, asking what's up with my refund, but all I get is vague answers about it being on the way or not received yet. Honestly, I think the Nordstrom Rack crew dropped the ball big time on how they've handled this. The whole process of shopping, returning, and now waiting for a refund has been a major waste of my time because they haven't taken responsibility or been efficient. It's sad to see such incompetence leading to so many bad reviews of the store, and I won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.

    I bought some shoes, a dress, and a handbag from Nordstrom Rack not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. They shipped my stuff through LSO, and oh boy, what a mess! My package straight up vanished, and LSO couldn't even manage to deliver it because it was from a big store. It's so annoying to think that my things might be gone because of their screw-up. I love shopping online, but this whole situation really sucks.

    I bought a pair of shoes from Nordstrom Rack recently and had a really bad experience with the delivery. These shoes were the last ones in my size at the store, so I was super excited to get them. But they were delivered by TForce, and even though the delivery person said they dropped it off, I never got it. It was pretty obvious that the package got stolen, and I was totally bummed out. Nordstrom Rack messed up by using a shady delivery service instead of a reliable one. I never even got to see or wear those shoes I bought, and now I'm trying to get my money back. I'm really upset about the delivery mess and won't be shopping at Nordstrom Rack anymore.

    I tried to return some slippers I bought a few weeks ago but ran into some problems because of the store's return policy. Even though I had my receipt and the price tags were still on, they wouldn't take them back because they were on clearance. I was pretty bummed out because other stores like Marshalls let you return clearance items. It just left me feeling annoyed and like they didn't care about keeping me happy as a customer.

    I recently bought a pair of shoes on sale from Nordstrom Rack, but they didn't fit me right. When I tried to return them, I was bummed to learn that Nordstrom Rack doesn't do returns on sale items, even if they're messed up or not what you expected. I was annoyed because it's hard to know if shoes will fit without trying them on first. And when I reached out to customer service in an online chat, they kind of brushed me off and ended the chat before I could finish talking. I gotta say, I'm pretty let down by Nordstrom Rack's return policy and how they handled my issue.

    Nordstrom Rack is awesome for finding good deals and they have such a wide range of products to choose from. But man, their delivery service is seriously the worst. I've had so many problems with my packages arriving late, or sometimes not even showing up at all, all because of that unreliable third-party delivery company they work with. It's so frustrating not having good tracking or communication from them, it just causes a ton of inconvenience for me as a shopper. The customer service at Nordstrom Rack is okay, but the delivery issues really put a damper on the whole shopping experience.
