I bought a dress from this store back in February for a holiday later this month. Unfortunately, when I was getting ready to pack, I noticed a small rip at the bottom of the dress. I reached out to their customer service team via text message and was really surprised at how quick and efficient they were in handling my issue. In less than 15 minutes, they resolved the problem and sent a replacement dress my way. I have to give a shoutout to the very helpful customer service rep "Armina" for her fantastic help in fixing my concern. I really appreciate the fast and effective customer service from this company and hope they keep it up in the future.
Beautiful dresses from the store
I've been shopping at this store for about 10 years now, and let me tell you, they just launched this amazing app! They have the prettiest dresses, and the quality is way better than at other stores like ZARA, Moda, PrettyLittleThings, and Shein. And the best part is, they have a petite section that fits me perfectly since I'm on the smaller side. Their customer service is top-notch too, always keeping me in the loop with email updates. I'm such a happy customer and just want to say thank you, Oasis, for my adorable dresses and outfits. They make me feel like a princess! ♥️♥️♥️
Exchange for faulty product
I had a problem with something I bought that wasn't working right, and I was having trouble reaching customer service. I tried emailing them a bunch of times but finally decided to give messaging them on Facebook a shot. Luckily, I got ahold of Joshua and he was super helpful in fixing the issue. He sorted out sending me a replacement for the faulty item really quickly. I was really impressed with how great the customer service was through this different way of communicating. It felt like a weight off my shoulders to get my question answered and the problem resolved in just a few hours.
Item return refund delay
I just returned some stuff and they said I'd get my money back in 7 days. But a whole week went by and no refund yet! I couldn't find a phone number or email to contact customer service, but then I discovered I could message them on messenger. So I messaged them and they got back to me right away, promising to look into it. The very next day, boom, my refund was done. Despite the bumpy start, I was happy with how fast and smooth they fixed things.
Clothing purchase with faulty dress
I've always loved the clothes from this store because they have so many designs that fit me perfectly. But, the last time I bought something, the zipper on the dress was all messed up, so I had to take it back. I was bummed because I really liked that dress, but the quality just wasn't up to par. Plus, it took forever to get my money back compared to other stores. I've gotten refunds much quicker from other places, so now I'm thinking twice about shopping at Oasis again.

My recent order from this company got delayed, but their customer service team really came through and fixed things quickly and smoothly. I reached out using their online messaging and was pleasantly surprised when I got a response right away from a person named Aubrey. Aubrey let me know that my dress got lost in the mail and offered me a refund or a new dress. The whole thing was sorted out in just 3 minutes, and Aubrey was super nice and helpful the whole time. I definitely prefer this messaging system over calling customer service. Big thanks to Oasis for the great customer service!
Returned goods, lost parcel
I had to return some things and my package ended up getting lost by EVRI, which was such a bummer. I had been going back and forth with them for what felt like forever, and they weren't able to sort anything out. It was super frustrating! But then I decided to contact another company, and they were seriously incredible. They resolved my problem immediately, and the person who assisted me was incredibly kind and helpful. I am so grateful! ❤️
Customer Service Experience
I recently had the pleasure of talking with a customer service rep at Oasis, and I gotta say, it was top-notch. They really knew their stuff, stayed cool even when I was a bit clueless, and did everything they could to fix my problem fast. I'm super grateful for the awesome service, and now I'm definitely a loyal Oasis customer.
Online purchase of a water bottle
The customer service at this online store was really great. The guy, Danny, was super fast in getting back to me about my questions and he helped fix the problem I had in only 3 days. I really liked how he explained everything clearly and made the whole process go smoothly. Big thanks to Danny for making my experience a good one.
App login issue
The combination of platforms and apps really makes shopping a pain. It's frustrating when I can't even log into the app and the website moves so slow. It's just not cool when platforms are disabled.
Refund assistance
I just dealt with a delay in getting my refund, so I contacted customer service for some help. Ansa was really great and got back to me quickly, letting me know that my money would be coming back to me. Her fast and helpful response really turned things around for me, and now I'm a satisfied customer once more.
Cute outfit
I got this really cute outfit but it had a little rip in it. I reached out to them and they got back to me really quickly and sent me a new one right away! Big thanks to Anna for the awesome customer service. Now I can wear my outfit just like I planned!
