I don't understand those negative reviews at all because my experience with this store was awesome. I bought a SUP paddle from their website recently and it was on sale for a super affordable price. Not only was the deal amazing, but the paddle arrived in just 5 days. It's working great and I'm so happy with my purchase. I even called their support line to ask about the delivery date, and they answered right away and gave me all the details I needed. The customer service was fantastic and I felt really well taken care of from start to finish. Overall, I had a really great shopping experience with this store.
Osprey Xena 85 backpack
I just bought an Osprey Xena 85 backpack from this store and it was awesome. I found it for a really good deal compared to other places. The customer service rep I chatted with online knew his stuff and helped me out. He even figured out I could get the backpack in time for my trip with the cheapest shipping, only $12. It was great to deal with a store where the employees actually know what they're talking about, especially when it comes to outdoor gear.
Jacket and gloves
I recently got this amazing jacket and gloves from this store, and let me tell you, it was awesome! When I had a small problem with my order, they let me know right away and fixed it really fast. The customer service was fantastic, and I was so pleased with how they helped me out. I couldn't have asked for better service, to be honest!
Waterproof hiking boots
These boots were supposed to be waterproof, but they ended up soaking up water like a sponge on my first hike. And don't even get me started on the return policy - it's a total joke. No way I'll be able to get my money back. Such a waste of money!
Jacket and trousers deal
I just got this jacket and pants set from this store, and man, it was a total mess. The pants were totally different from what I thought they'd be, so I tried to return them for my money back. But let me tell you, trying to get that refund has been a real pain in the neck. And as for the jacket, it's already falling apart at the seams, and I've only had it for a little while. The quality is awful, and the customer service isn't any better. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to shop.
harness, 2 carabiners, and quickdraws
I got some awesome stuff at Outdoor Gear Exchange. My harness is really comfortable, the carabiners look great, and the quickdraws are super easy to use. The prices were good and it all arrived really quickly with free shipping. The gear is top quality. I'm so excited to go climbing with all of it!
Pocket-hole jig kit
I ordered a pocket-hole jig kit, but I never got it. I tried to reach out a few times, but nobody ever got back to me. So now, I had to go ahead and file a claim with PayPal. Definitely not the greatest experience!
Mis-sized hiking boots
I ordered a pair of hiking boots online and couldn't wait to get them in the mail. But when I tried them on, they were all wrong - too small, super uncomfortable, and just felt cheaply made. I contacted customer service to return them, but they said I had to pay for the return shipping - totally not cool! The whole situation just left me feeling annoyed and let down.
