    Best place to get all kind of shoes

    i just market Peltz shoes website to be all-in-one store for buying all kind of shoes I need. like whether I need to give my wise some niche heel shoes, or my son gotta buy some sport shoes and me getting some comfort shoes for walking and all. all sorted. For like last few years, they took care of all our shoes purchasing.
    I really like to be sorted with where I am buying from. and I don't change places or do much experiment here. I just need one store to trust and I found this one.
    I highly recommend people who ever ask me about . Even NOW I got quite a collection on different purpose shoes, so people often ask after getting impressed.
    You can also check lot of other stuff they sell.

    First order, 2 pairs of shoes (naturals)

    I just bought some shoes from this company for the first time, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how it all turned out. I took a gamble on them because they had the best price for the kind of shoes I was looking for. Ended up ordering two pairs (in a natural color) and they showed up in no time at all. And on top of that, they fit like a glove and are crazy comfy. So yeah, needless to say, I'm one satisfied customer with some very content feet!

    A pair of shoes that did not fit

    I recently bought a pair of shoes from this store, but they didn't fit. I've been trying to return them for more than a month now, following the instructions on their website to get a return slip. Every time I try, though, their system says my order number doesn't exist. I've tried calling them, but just ended up on hold and then got disconnected. I've also tried the chat feature with no luck. I even sent two emails to customer service, but haven't heard anything back. To top it off, the printer they use seems to be low on ink, so it's hard to read any of the info on the return slip.

    So I found these Rockport Slides that were supposed to be great on this shoe site for what seemed like a good price. I thought I hit the jackpot, so I went ahead and ordered them after talking to a Peltz Shoes rep who warned me they might run small. Turns out, surprise surprise, they were too tight and too small when they showed up. I shot them an email right away to try and exchange them, and they were all nice saying they'd send me a label to return them for a different pair. But here we are, over two weeks later, and I still haven't received my refund or new shoes. No response, no nothing. How convenient for them to just keep my money and my shoes, right? It feels like they get a kick out of scamming folks and ripping them off. I'm thinking of reporting this shady business to the higher-ups - don't want anyone else to get trapped like I did.

    Shoes for work

    I had a really bad experience with that store. They have these super strict rules about returns, but it took them forever to process my return and give me my money back. After waiting for weeks, I had to go ahead and file a claim with my credit card company just to get my cash back. I'm definitely never going back to that place to shop again.

    Shoes smashed box

    I got these shoes and when they got here, the box was all messed up on the inside. I mean, come on, didn't they see that before they sent it to me? It seems like somebody sent these shoes back and they just turned around and sent them to me without even looking them over. And on top of all that, one shoe was tighter than the other! What's up with that? I had to pay to send them back and pay restocking fees for something that wasn't even my fault. Not cool, Peltz Shoes!

    Ordered sneakers in size 10

    I ordered some size 10 sneakers from this store not too long ago. When my package finally showed up, I was bummed out to see that they sent me the wrong size. So, I got in touch with customer service and they told me to send the shoes back with the receipt. After waiting for two weeks with no word, I contacted customer service again and they said they were gonna give me a refund, but they were gonna take out the shipping and some random charge. I was annoyed because I just wanted the right size shoes, not my money back. But they said if I wanted the correct size, I would have to place a new order. I wasn't down for that, so I just settled for the refund, which actually came through pretty quickly.

    Two pair of shoes

    I recently bought two pairs of shoes from this store. I was happy at first with the discount they gave to new customers. But then one of the pairs got canceled because it was out of stock. When I got my refund, I saw they deducted part of the discount I used. I emailed them a bunch of times about it, but they kept saying the refund was right. I disagree with that. They should've given me a full refund, especially since the discount was for the whole order, not just the individual items.

    Unwanted purchase due to misinformation

    I recently had to cancel an order right after I placed it because the company gave me wrong information. Even though I asked to cancel it right away, they told me it had already been shipped, but later I found out that only a label was made several hours later. They said it was shipped by FEDEX, which would take longer even though I live close to the store. I believe in honesty in business, and this situation has made me feel negatively toward this company. I won't be supporting them anymore because of the lack of integrity shown in this situation.

    Black shoes, wrong color

    I got these really awesome black shoes online and I was pumped to receive them. But when they showed up, they were the wrong color - seriously, what's up with that? I reached out to customer service twice and they promised to email me a return label. But surprise, surprise - I never got it! I even checked my spam folder, nothing there either. I'm really disappointed that I didn't get the shoes I was looking forward to, and customer service definitely messed up. Not happy with this shoe company at all, would not recommend.

    Online shoe purchase

    I recently bought some shoes online from this company, and it wasn't the best experience. I never got a confirmation after ordering, even though my payment went through on both PayPal and my credit card. I tried reaching out to the seller through different ways like the online form, chat, phone, and email, but got no response. I had to start a dispute on PayPal to finally hear from them, and they sent me an apology along with order/shipping details in a PDF. The lack of communication and bad customer service really let me down. Even though I eventually got the shoes, the whole ordeal left me feeling pretty disappointed.
