As someone who's into essential oils, I've tried out a few companies and had some good and bad experiences. But let me tell you, my recent order from this one company was really something special. For oily skin face cleanser and hand cleanser purchased Nice very nice No complain about this wonderful organic formulation My oil skin become a big issue for me I can't remember how many supplements ,face create body creams and even allopathic medicines I used in recent past but some.of them definitely worked bit couldn't maintain it for more then a month I was looking for better solutions I got here Grape seeds and Camelia seeds is extracted as major ingredients I suppose Three weeks now when started using it I am sure this will solve my this skin problem as reflects in few days implementation Very very affordable pricing , absolutely great

I've got a lot of experience and know-how about essential oils, and let me tell you, Plant Therapy is legit. I've tried oils from a bunch of MLM companies before, but Plant Therapy's quality and prices just make more sense. What really stands out about them is their dedication to promoting safe practices - like not telling people to eat the oils. Their website is full of great info, especially the blog and resources sections. They follow the Tisserand models of Aromatherapy, which is something I've researched a ton in the past.
Organic frankincense serrata purchase
I just got some organic frankincense serrata and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. The price was awesome, especially for something organic. The smell is so fresh and different, kind of sharp in a nice way like tea tree oil or fresh pine. The packaging is really nice too, with a strong brown glass bottle and a cap that lets you control how much oil comes out to avoid wasting any. They shipped it super fast and packed it up really well. And I got free shipping which made the whole deal even better.

I've been a customer here for a long time and I've always been happy with the products. But this BOGO sale let me down. It wasn't like how I remembered sales being in the past. It was kind of a bummer to feel like I wasn't really getting the best deal. And when I reached out to customer service, they didn't really help much either.
CBD FS Oil purchase
I recently bought some CBD FS Oil from this company and unfortunately, when it arrived, a chunk of the product had leaked out and spilled all over another item in the package. The packaging wasn't great, just a vinyl mailer with no padding. I reached out to customer service via email two times and called twice as well. The first time, Jordan told me they would send a replacement, but didn't mention anything about the damaged item. After waiting a week with no replacement, I called again and talked to JC. He said they never got my emails and didn't see a replacement order, but assured me they would send one out. I offered to send back the damaged bottle, but he said it wasn't needed. It's been two weeks since that last call and still no replacement has shown up. I spent good money on that CBD oil and I was expecting to get a full bottle, not a partial one. Because of these problems, I won't be buying from them again.

Dealing with the shipping has been a total nightmare, it's been about 3 months and I still don't know when the company will give me a refund.
