Knit v-neck shirt not as described
I ordered this really cute sweater online, but when it showed up, it turned out to be more of a knit long sleeve shirt instead. I was super bummed because I was all excited to rock the sweater. On top of that, the shipping cost was way too high for something that was supposed to be coming from California, not overseas like they made it seem. It's just not right to charge that much for shipping when it's not even correct!

I bought a dress from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, the whole thing was a letdown. When I got the dress, it smelled really bad, like old wax and chemicals. It seemed like they weren't keeping an eye on the quality at all. And on top of that, I tried contacting customer service 22 times over 3 months about my order problems, but never heard back once. That lack of communication and responsibility is just not okay.

I really like the cool and trendy clothes they have on this website. Even though it takes longer to get my order because it's coming from another country, the stuff is really good quality and doesn't cost much. But, just a heads up, the sizes are a bit smaller than what we're used to here in the US, so you gotta check the measurements they give you instead of just guessing your regular size. I've added some of my top outfits from this store to my closet and I love them.
Beautiful dresses ever! Range is their strength beside the quality
Most of the times if you find range especially I am talking about in dresses, particularly of all sorts, quality or comfort you might have to loose or go for huge prices to pay.
BUT sammy dress did fabulous job with their astonoshing range which I EVEN cannot summarize here.
I just keep exploring and bought few dresses I loved, summer dresss, intimate lingerie, so good.

As someone who's made several orders as a regular customer, I've always been happy with my purchases. I did have a few problems with sizing for some clothes, but the customer service team was really fast and helpful in fixing things. Getting refunds has been easy too, no issues there. Shipping has gotten faster, but it does cost a bit more than I thought it would.
Lace dresses purchase
I just bought a couple of lace dresses from this online shop. I was actually really happy with how nice the dresses were when they arrived. The lace was super soft and felt really good to wear, which is always a plus in my book. But, I did notice that a few of the other things I got, like the leggings, were really thin and see-through. It seems like you never know what you're gonna get from this store, so I'd recommend checking out some reviews before you buy anything. Just a tip!
Clothes and accessories
Oh man, I found this super awesome website online with the most adorable clothes and things so I totally had to buy a romper, swimsuit, and necklace. But wow, the romper was totally see-through, the swimsuit did not fit me correctly, and they never even shipped me my necklace! I waited a whole month for them to arrive! And to top it off, they even wanted more money just for shipping! And then they went ahead and closed my account without giving me a heads up, like seriously?? So yeah, definitely not worth it, I should have checked out the reviews before making a purchase!
Cute dress
I got this really cute dress online, but the shipping was a mess! First, they said it was shipped, but then weeks passed and nothing! When I reached out to them, they told me it was coming, but the shipping company didn't even have it yet. Ugh, so annoying!
Halloween dress
I ordered a Halloween-themed dress back in September but didn't actually get it until November, despite me complaining multiple times. I had to end up buying another dress just to wear to the party because of the delay. Finally got a refund through PayPal and ended up getting the dress a week later.
Expeditated order
I bought some stuff and paid extra for fast shipping. But it's been almost two weeks and my order is still stuck in processing. I've reached out to customer service a bunch of times, but all I get are robot replies that don't really explain what's going on. I'm so annoyed and let down by the lack of communication. It really stinks to shell out extra money for faster shipping and not get what I paid for.

I ordered a Christmas sweater for our office party, but it arrived really late and smelled weird. Plus, it was way too small. I reached out to the company for help, but they were no help at all. I was really let down, so I just ended up donating it.

I was really disappointed with the ordering process from this company. I had to wait a really long time for them to ship my items, even though they kept saying they were all set to go. When I tried to open a dispute on PayPal for some protection, they wouldn't send my stuff until I closed the case, which made me feel pretty stuck. They said they sent my package, but I never got any tracking info to follow along. Finally when I did get part of my order, not everything was there and one thing was totally wrong. I even sent photos as proof, but they still said no mistake was made and brushed me off. Total headache from start to finish, yikes.

The wedding dress I got was a total disaster! It didn't look anything like the pictures online. The quality was so bad, and it definitely wasn't worth what I paid. I emailed customer service a bunch of times, but no response. So I called them, and got a full refund in just 24 hours. Thank goodness for that, or I would've been stuck with the worst dress ever!
Customer service and technical issues
The customer service at this place really needs to step it up. I had to wait forever for a response and even longer to fix the issue I was dealing with. And let me tell you about the technical glitches on their website - it was a total nightmare trying to get around them. Maybe if you're lucky, your purchase will go smoothly, but I wouldn't bet on it.
