Hip therapy pain reliever belt
This is ridiculous! I bought the hip therapy pain reliever belt and it broke after just one use. I reached out to customer service and they actually made me pay for shipping to send it back. It's a complete joke! The product is awful and the warranty is even worse. I'm definitely never buying from this place again.
Faulty products and confusing gift card policy
I've had a pretty bad experience with this company, to be honest. I bought some stuff from them, like 5 things that ended up breaking after only a few weeks - 3 towel warmers, a foot massager, and a garage parking sensor. On top of the products being low quality, I also had a problem with their gift card policy. I've had a gift card for 2 years now that I can't even use because their policy is so confusing and their promotional gift cards look too similar to the real ones. All in all, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone based on what I've been through.
Misleading free shipping
I thought I was getting free shipping with my purchase, but it turned out to be just a voucher for future use. So when I ended up returning the item, I actually lost money on it.
Cool gadgets
I used to think this store was pretty neat with all their cool gadgets. But now, it feels like they're just selling knock-off stuff you can get on Amazon for less. And let me tell you about their return policy - total rip-off! I used to enjoy flipping through their catalog, but now I just toss it in the trash.
Video Camera Bird Feeder and Night Vision Binocular
Hey there, just wanted to give you a heads up not to order from this place. I purchased a Video Camera Bird Feeder and Night Vision Binoculars. One of the items didn't even come with an order number, and the other one was supposedly delivered by FedEx but never arrived. When I reached out to customer service, they told me they would send another item to a FedEx store for me to pick up, but it's been a whole 7 days and I still haven't gotten a tracking number. The worst part is that the item that I paid for through PayPal didn't even generate an order number, and when I asked the customer service rep about it, she basically just shrugged and told me to order it again with her for 20% off and free shipping. I ended up having to file a claim with PayPal, and even though they said it was delivered, I never actually got it. It's just been a huge mess and a waste of my time. I recommend sticking with Amazon or local stores instead.
Heated Massaging Pad
I got this heated massaging pad as a gift not too long ago, and boy was I let down by it. The thing just stopped working out of nowhere after only two months. So, I reached out to the company for help, and they were basically like, "Not our problem," and gave me the runaround with a bunch of useless phone numbers. They didn't take any responsibility at all, and that's just not cool. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from them ever again.
