Comfortable and stylish purchase
I found these shoes that are super comfy but also stylish. I feel amazing in my heels, haven't had shoes this good in forever. I also got a pair of sneakers and they were comfy right from the first wear, which was great for a long day of walking. Even with my messed-up feet, these shoes have made a huge difference for me. The service was awesome and the delivery was quick, plus the shoes are seriously the best. I feel so much more confident now.
Navy cork soled medium heel (Ruby)
I just bought the navy cork soled medium heel (Ruby) from Sole Bliss and let me tell you, these shoes are absolutely stunning. The sealed cork on the heel and platform gives them such a shiny finish that you couldn't really see in the pictures online, but it really enhances the durability and overall look of the shoes. I was really blown away by the quality and style, to the point where I'm already thinking about getting some sandals with a higher heel, like the Remy style. Unfortunately, they didn't quite fit me right this time, so I had to send them back.
Star trainers
bought the Star Trainers, not noticing that you are to size down a full size (why not just make them tts in the first place?) I phoned several times for clarification. No one answered, no one called back, and the only email I received was that I should call them, which again, I tried. In the meantime, I bought a smaller pair and like them very much. Additionally, I bought a pair of flats, which are fine. Finally finally, I got a hold of someone who kindly sent me a label to send back the first pair. I had explained to her that I wore them with an insole to see if that would work, but they were still too big. I sent them back. Then I received an email telling me that because I had worn them (which I said), I would not only not get a refund but also they were going to the expense to send them back to me. No store credit either. Most companies would make sure they kept you happy because they want customers, especially with the cost of these shoes. Not Sole Bliss. One of the worst, most dishonest customer service experiences I have ever had.
