A Thoroughly Impressive Experience with SomniFix
I recently started using SomniFix for my sleep issues, and I must say that I'm thoroughly impressed with the results. I discovered the company through an online search for solutions to my snoring, and I was pleased to find that they offer a range of products specifically designed for this problem.
I ordered the mouth strip and was impressed with the quality of the product and the level of comfort it provided. It's adjustable and doesn't move around during the night, which was a problem I had with previous solutions. I've been using it for a few weeks now and have seen a significant improvement in my sleep quality. I wake up feeling more rested and refreshed, and my partner has noticed a significant decrease in my snoring.

I got these because I heard they can help with breathing through your nose. I ordered them on February 12th and just received them on March 12th. I haven't had the chance to try them out yet.
Unfulfilled order
I wish I had checked out the reviews before trying to buy these. My account shows that my order hasn't been completed even after 7 long weeks. I've been sending emails asking for a refund, but I haven't gotten any responses. The company hasn't taken any action to try and fulfill my order.
Mouth breathing prevention product
The product itself does a decent job at stopping mouth breathing at night, which is why I bought it in the first place. But what really got to me was the terrible customer service from this company. I tried reaching out to them by email a bunch of times, but never got a single reply. It made me feel ignored and frustrated as a customer. On top of that, the delivery took forever and they didn't even bother to keep me updated on when to expect it. It was so disappointing to not even get a simple acknowledgment or any help when I needed it. This was my first experience with such lousy customer service from an online store, and it really left a bad taste in my mouth.
Bought some stuff
I ordered some stuff from this place but I never received it. I had high hopes because this doctor guy talked them up on a podcast, but nope. Save your money, they won't even respond to emails. So disappointed.
Sleep strips
I ordered some sleep strips seven weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. I've reached out to customer service twice, but no one's gotten back to me. On top of that, I keep getting emails every week asking me to sign up for a subscription, even though my first order hasn't even arrived yet. It's super frustrating dealing with this lack of communication and follow-through. So now I'm gonna have to ask my credit card company for a refund. This company is so disorganized, it's ridiculous.
Undelivered item
I ordered something from this company and I never got it. They sent me a confirmation for my order, but I didn't hear anything about when it was gonna ship. I tried to contact them through different ways but they never got back to me. I'm pretty bummed out about the poor communication and customer service from them. I had to go to PayPal and dispute the charge just to try to get my money back. It's been a real headache and I'd tell other folks to be careful when buying from this company.

I bought a mouth tape from SomniFix hoping it would help me sleep better, but man, I gotta say I'm real bummed about their lack of customer service and super slow delivery. It's been like three months since I ordered it, and even after sending them a bunch of emails, I haven't heard back or gotten my hands on the product. This is just not cool, and I'm definitely going to do something about it.
Online purchase of sleep aid strips
I got these sleep aid strips online, and I was really looking forward to trying them. But, guess what? They never showed up! SomniFix kept saying they were delivered, but I checked with UPS and they said the package was never sent. Dealing with all of this was such a hassle, so I ended up asking for a refund.
6 weeks, no order
I ordered something from this website ages ago and it still hasn't arrived. The tracking info says it hasn't even been shipped! I've been trying to contact them, but it seems like they're ignoring me. It feels like they don't give a darn about their customers. I found someone else who said it might be a scam, and now I'm starting to think they're right.

I was so pumped to try out this mouth tape I ordered, but guess what? It never even came! I sent them a bunch of emails, but they never bothered to respond. Seriously, what gives? Definitely steer clear of these folks, they're the pits!

I recently bought some nasal strips from this company and man, it was a total nightmare. As soon as I made the purchase, they took the money out of my account right away. But instead of a confirmation email or any info on my order, all I got was a bunch of spam emails and ads from them, even though I never signed up for that stuff. I tried reaching out to customer service through email a bunch of times, but they straight up ignored me. I sent four emails asking about my order and got zero responses. I got so frustrated with the lack of communication that I finally emailed the only address I could find on the website, threatening to get the BBB involved if I didn't get a refund or an update. Surprise, surprise - still no response.
