    I wish I had checked out the reviews before trying to buy these. My account shows that my order hasn't been completed even after 7 long weeks. I've been sending emails asking for a refund, but I haven't gotten any responses. The company hasn't taken any action to try and fulfill my order.

    The product itself does a decent job at stopping mouth breathing at night, which is why I bought it in the first place. But what really got to me was the terrible customer service from this company. I tried reaching out to them by email a bunch of times, but never got a single reply. It made me feel ignored and frustrated as a customer. On top of that, the delivery took forever and they didn't even bother to keep me updated on when to expect it. It was so disappointing to not even get a simple acknowledgment or any help when I needed it. This was my first experience with such lousy customer service from an online store, and it really left a bad taste in my mouth.

    I ordered some sleep strips seven weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. I've reached out to customer service twice, but no one's gotten back to me. On top of that, I keep getting emails every week asking me to sign up for a subscription, even though my first order hasn't even arrived yet. It's super frustrating dealing with this lack of communication and follow-through. So now I'm gonna have to ask my credit card company for a refund. This company is so disorganized, it's ridiculous.

    Mouth tape for better sleep

    I bought a mouth tape from SomniFix hoping it would help me sleep better, but man, I gotta say I'm real bummed about their lack of customer service and super slow delivery. It's been like three months since I ordered it, and even after sending them a bunch of emails, I haven't heard back or gotten my hands on the product.     I got these sleep aid strips online, and I was really looking forward to trying them. But, guess what? They never showed up! SomniFix kept saying they were delivered, but I checked with UPS and they said the package was never sent. Dealing with all of this was such a hassle, so I ended up asking for a refund.

    I ordered something from this website ages ago and it still hasn't arrived. The tracking info says it hasn't even been shipped! I've been trying to contact them, but it seems like they're ignoring me. It feels like they don't give a darn about their customers.     Nasal strips purchase

    I recently bought some nasal strips from this company and man, it was a total nightmare. As soon as I made the purchase, they took the money out of my account right away. But instead of a confirmation email or any info on my order, all I got was a bunch of spam emails and ads from them, even though I never signed up for that stuff. I tried reaching out to customer service through email a bunch of times, but they straight up ignored me. I sent four emails asking about my order and got zero responses. I got so frustrated with the lack of communication that I finally emailed the only address I could find on the website, threatening to get the BBB involved if I didn't get a refund or an update. Surprise, surprise - still no response.
