Stroller purchase
I bought a stroller from this company not too long ago, but I was bummed because it didn't live up to my expectations. It was making all sorts of annoying noises like squeaking and squealing the first time I took it out in public. I contacted customer service right away, giving them all the info about my purchase and even sending videos to show the problem. At first, all I got was an automated message telling me to contact their after-sales department. I didn't hear back for a whole week, but then out of the blue, the customer service team reached out to me and fixed the issue by replacing the chassis for free. It was a nice surprise and they handled it well in the end.
Granddaughter's chairs
I recently bought these amazing chairs for my granddaughters, and let me tell you, they are fantastic! They make it a breeze for the little ones to sit with us at the table, making them feel like true members of the family during mealtime. The parents are big fans because they are very safe and comfortable, while the kids love them because they get to sit like adults. And to top it off, each chair has their names on them so there's no arguing over whose chair is whose. It's like having their very own designated spot at the table!

Expensive purchase, poor quality
I can't believe I wasted a bunch of money on that junky stroller. It totally fell apart after only a few times using it, and when I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all. They tried to brush off my issues as "normal," which is just crazy. If this is what they think is normal, I'd hate to see what they think is not okay. I'm really let down by this purchase and wouldn't suggest this product to anyone.

Yoyo stroller purchase
I bought a stroller not too long ago, but it fell apart way too quickly. Now I'm stuck with no buggy for my toddler. Even though it came with a 2-year warranty, trying to get it fixed has been a real headache. I had to send so many emails back and forth before I finally got some help, but the response was kind of condescending. They basically told me to watch a video and try to fix it myself, which just made the whole situation even more stressful. Being a busy mom and having to deal with a busted stroller and the lack of quick assistance has been a real pain in the neck.

Tripp Trapp high chair purchased for grandchildren
I just got the Tripp Trapp high chair for my grandkids. I bought one for my granddaughter 4 years ago and she still uses it. It's a handy chair for doing crafts at the table. I accidentally bought an extra baby seat, but the customer service quickly sent me a return label the next day. I really suggest this chair, it's sturdy and will last for years.

Tripp Trapp chair with baby set
We ended up getting a secondhand Tripp Trapp chair with a baby set that we were pretty happy with until the baby set broke and our kiddo took a tumble. Talk about scary! We reached out to the company to see if we messed up somehow, only to be told that they don't suggest buying their stuff secondhand. They basically said to always buy brand new from them. In this day and age, it's pretty weird for a company to not support making their products last as long as possible. We can't really vouch for this company or their products after this experience.
High chairs for our children
We just got two high chairs for the kids and a baby seat for the little one. The chairs themselves are awesome - strong, comfy, and stylish. But, man, the delivery and customer service have been a letdown. The tracking info was all over the place, making it hard to know what was coming and when. The high chairs came on time, but no baby seat. Customer service was no help - vague and not very useful about the delay, no follow-up or fix in sight. It's annoying to have the high chairs just sitting there unopened because of the missing baby seat. The product is solid, but the delivery and service fell short.
Tripp Trapp chair
I ordered this really cool chair for my little sis and I was super pumped for it to get here. But you know what? It never came! I waited and waited, but it was like it vanished into thin air. I even checked the cameras at home, and there was no sign of the delivery guy. I called customer service, and they were helpful, but they couldn't really figure out what went wrong. It's been almost a month now, and my sister is still chairless. It's like a total mystery!
Baby stroller
I bought a baby stroller, and it was kind of a bumpy ride. So, I went online to place the order and never got an email confirming it. I had to reach out to customer service to see what was up, and turns out they forgot about my order. Lucky I checked in, or who knows if I would've ever gotten that stroller. They said it would take 5-7 days to arrive, but it actually took 9 days. The good news is, when I talked to customer service in Denmark, they were super helpful. The stroller arrived in perfect shape with everything I needed inside the box.
Stokke baby stroller
I ordered this really cool stroller online, but it's taking forever to arrive! They charged me right away, but I still haven't received my stroller. I've tried calling the numbers they provided, but they don't work at all. It's been over two weeks now, and I'm starting to get frustrated. This is not cool at all.
Delayed order
I'm really disappointed with the service I've gotten from this company. I placed an order at the start of March and was supposed to get it by the 8th, but it's been over 10 days now and still no sign of it. When I called customer service, they tried to say it was my fault for missing the delivery. That's just not true - I tracked the package and there was no attempt to deliver it. It's frustrating to see them try to blame us instead of owning up to their mistakes. I haven't even had a chance to try out the product yet since it hasn't shown up.

I wouldn't recommend buying from that company. You're better off getting a second-hand chair and painting it yourself.
