    As a client of Talbots, I have had a wonderful experience with the company. Their online store is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple for me to find the items I'm looking for. The selection of clothing and accessories is extensive, and I always find something that I like.     Stylish and timeless clothing

    The clothes at this store are really top-notch - always stylish, classy, and timeless. My favorite spot never lets me down, the staff there are always super helpful and go out of their way to help me find just what I'm looking for.     Jacket purchase

    I just bought a jacket from this store and man, the delivery was super slow. I chose regular shipping and a week later, my stuff still wasn't here. It was a bummer, especially since I'm used to Amazon getting things to me in just a day. And to top it off, it took Talbots two whole days just to send out my jacket. Definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from them if you need your stuff on time.

    I recently splurged on a shirt from this store, and let me tell you, I was super disappointed with the whole ordeal. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but then got a message days later saying they couldn't fulfill my order because it was beyond their expectations. On top of that, they took the money from my bank right away, and now, six days later, it's still pending in my account, so I can't use it. The customer service was awful too - the agent kept interrupting me before I could even give all the info. Overall, it was a terrible experience that makes me never want to shop at that store again.

    I bought three sweaters from this store thinking I was getting a good deal, but I was bummed when I realized I was actually paying in US dollars, making the total cost much higher than I thought. And on top of that, there was a $126 charge for UPS delivery, which seemed way too high. The unclear info about currency and shipping costs left me feeling annoyed and deceived.

    I bought some clothes from this store not long ago, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. The shirts were super thin and practically see-through, the sweaters started looking ratty after only a few times wearing them, and the pants were a total flop on me. I usually stick with brands like this, but this time around, I'm really starting to doubt the quality of stuff they're putting out.

    Early January order

    As someone who placed an order back in early January, I gotta say I am really let down by the lack of customer service and communication I've been dealing with. I waited patiently for over 5 weeks with no updates on my order, then finally reached out to customer service through email, and got no reply. I got so frustrated with the silence that I asked for a refund in May, but I still haven't gotten either my order or my money back. The automated emails I keep getting in response haven't helped ease my growing impatience at all.

    I'm really bummed out because I paid almost $9 for shipping and my order took forever to ship and then even longer to arrive. It's just annoying that Talbots goes with this super slow and cheap shipping option. Other stores can get orders out fast and smooth, so why can't they? If this is how they're gonna do things, I won't be buying from them again.

    Oversized coat return

    I bought this big ol' coat back in October, but when I returned it, I haven't seen a dime of my money back yet. Every time I give 'em a ring, they promise I'll get my refund. But when I chatted with 'em recently, they said their system is getting all updated. This whole lack of communication and dragging their feet on refunding me over $180 is just plain ridiculous. I'm done buying stuff from these guys, and I definitely don't recommend their services.

The people working there were not helpful or friendly, which made it really annoying to shop. I used to enjoy shopping at Talbots, but after this, I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

The folks at the call center seem like they're stretched thin and not getting paid enough, which is causing problems for everyone. And this merger with other brands doesn't look promising for the company's future.

    Overpriced clothing

    Can you believe how crazy expensive this store is? The clothes are nice and all, but seriously? Who would actually shell out that much cash for a basic top? Just looking at the prices made me feel like I was getting ripped off. And those sales they had? Don't even get me started – they barely made a dent in the original prices. Forget that, I'll be taking my business elsewhere where it's more affordable.

    Cashmere sweater purchase

    I was really let down by the cashmere sweater I got from that store. Even though it looked nice, the fabric was such a letdown. It was obvious that it was made from cheap synthetic fibers instead of the real deal, and it felt awful on my skin and was already starting to pill. I was bummed out that the store didn't have any other natural fiber options that were better quality. The prices were way too high for what you were getting, especially compared to other stores. It's a shame that a place with such cool designs can't come through on the most important thing - good quality.
