Really beautiful, nice and chunky, just what i was after. Big bonus that they are super light and don't pull on my ears, can wear them all day. Overall very happy as the design is unique and I searched a long time to find something of good quality that also had a chunky look and didn't cost a bomb. Thank you!

I’m in love!!! I love how I can switch from early 2000s vibe when wearing it to nice night out dinner vibes. Had great customer service experience when I forgot to add the initials at checkout, and it was shipped earlier than the 2 week timeframe!

I had an excellent experience with my order here. I accidentally chose the wrong shipping and they assisted me through email and got it sorted fast. I would say ordering was easy, and service, delivery and pricing were all great!

There was an issue with shipping where it got shipped back.. and Ten Wilde kindly shipped it again, promptly, in order to meet my deadline. Happy with my purchase and customer service I received!
Necklace
Had to get PayPal to refund money. Got no item, got no response as to why. Waited a month. No response to email or chat from seller. Only a confirmation that money was received onJune 1st. Nothing ever shipped. When Pay pal got involved I received a notification fron UPS that the seller has asked for a tracking number but they never received the merchandise. Had to file a claim on June 30th. A scam!
24 Ten Wilde necklaces, Kendall, Initial Tag, and Old English Necklace styles
I purchased 24 necklaces in a series of three different orders and two of them arrived incredibly late, and the last package just never arrived. I have texted their hotline number, emailed multiple times and have still heard nothing. This is 8 necklaces and $351 down the drain. Very upsetting and still waiting for my money back.

Personalized name plate necklace
Ordered a personalized necklace, customized for my sister's birthday. They sent me order confirmation but never anything shipped out and she's yet to receive it and to make matters worse, her birthday is long past! I tried reaching out to customer service and no one has returned my emails and the customer service number is a Google voice number which repeatedly states that "the person you're looking for cannot be reached" and I left a voicemail. I have also texted the number and still response on how to get my money back. I think this business is a SCAM!

Worst customer service ever. Do not order from this brand unless you want to lose money. I placed two orders on July 29 and still have yet to receive the items, it's August 18 now. I've emailed the help email one week ago, DM'ed the instagram three days ago, and even messaged the founder two days ago AND NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. I even left a comment on one of their photos, and it got deleted! I love to support small businesses, but unfortunately this is one business i cannot recommend to anyone. Save your money and time, shop from a different brand. Learn from me and don't waste $140 here.
Earrings
I ordered something July 14th. It is now July 29th and it has not even shipped. I live in Los Angeles where I believe the company is based so I'm not sure why it would take this long to get it. I have emailed them, messaged their site directly, sent them a DM on Instagram, and have not heard back. If I don't get an answer soon I would like to cancel my order but since no one has messaged me back, I feel like my money has been stolen.

Please give time for responses when contacting. You emailed two days ago and just messaged on the site, and we've just responded. Typically responses take 48 hours. It was not to our knowledge that your package has not arrived. With this said, a replacement has been sent your way, which we are happy to do for lost packages. I ordered a pair of earrings back in June. I received an email notification a few days later that my order had shipped but when I track the package through USPS it says "pre-shipment, awaiting item." Now that is July, I've emailed the company twice asking for an update on my order and explaining the tracking issue. I've received no response.
Hello, did you ever receive your order? I am in the same boat as you and am genuinely concerned that I got scammed of my money. Tenwilde has not responded to me and it has been one week since I've emailed and three weeks since I placed an order.
