    Watch purchase with faulty replacement

    I bought this watch online and it ended up having a problem. The store told me to hit up the manufacturer for warranty help. So I did, and the customer service folks were quick to hook me up with a returns label and all the info I needed to send it back. They couldn't fix my watch though, but they totally made up for it by giving me a better replacement. Their service was top-notch - super professional, helpful, and they kept me in the loop the whole time. I'm really happy with how they handled everything.

    Field watch with date and indiglo

    Hey guys, so I needed a new watch and I knew I wanted a cool field watch with a NATO strap. I didn't want to spend too much, you know? I looked around at JC Penny's but they had no clue what I was talking about. Then I stopped by Walmart and boom, there it was - the perfect analog field watch with date and indiglo from Timex. It didn't have the NATO strap, but I had one at home that matched perfectly. It's been two months and it's only lost a few seconds. A total steal!

    Super cool watch

    Oh my gosh, guys, I got this watch and it's seriously amazing! I did have a little issue with it, but the folks at customer service were so awesome and helped me out right away. This watch is honestly the best one I've ever owned - so comfy, the screen is crystal clear, and the light is on point! I've had a ton of watches in the past, but this one definitely tops them all. Timex is truly the best and I'm sticking with them for watches from now on, no doubt!

    The customer service at this place is just terrible. It takes them forever to get back to you about anything, and when they finally do, they don't seem to care about helping you at all.     Peanuts watch purchase

    Don't even pay attention to those negative reviews - I had a really awesome experience! I bought a Peanuts watch and it showed up super fast, only took two days. And get this, it came all the way from the Netherlands to Germany, with no extra charges or anything. The watch is so cute and looks really well made. Just keep an eye out for any phony Timex websites before you buy!

    The watch I ordered was exactly what I was expecting and came nicely packaged. I'm really happy with my purchase.     I bought a quartz watch from your company, and man, it was a huge letdown. I mean, it's less accurate than my cheapest mechanical watch! I tried contacting customer service to get a refund, but no one ever got back to me. Plus, there's nowhere on the website for me to write a review, which makes me wonder if all those positive reviews are even legit.     I just bought a watch online, and let me tell you, dealing with this company has been a total pain. First, they said they didn't get the watch I returned, even though I used their return label. After giving them the tracking number from the post office, they finally admitted they got it back. But now, I'm still waiting for my refund. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal, it gives me some added protection in situations like this. Honestly, I'd suggest avoiding this company altogether and going with PayPal if you do end up buying from them.

    Watch and additional leather strap

    Unfortunately, my watch didn't show up when it was supposed to. I did get the extra leather strap but the actual watch was nowhere to be found in the package. Turns out, the watch wasn't even in stock at their warehouse, but they still sent an empty box. Then Timex wouldn't refund the delivery fee and took forever to refund me for the strap. It took them a long 3 weeks to give me back my money for the strap. I suggest staying away from this company and avoiding their services completely.

    I had a really bad experience with getting my watch serviced. I reached out to the company over a year ago, but I still haven't heard anything about the progress. It's been super frustrating not getting any updates or communication from them. It's not cool for a company to keep customers in the dark for this long. On top of that, the watch itself wasn't built very well, which just made the whole situation even more disappointing. And to make matters worse, relying on FedEx for delivery has just been a mess.

    Shiny watch - Crown/Stem issue

    I recently bought a really pretty teal watch that looked like a teal diamond. It even had the fancy Day/Date feature just like a Rolex. Unfortunately, the crown/stem broke off when I tried to adjust the time while on holiday. It seemed like the watch didn't want to switch time zones or something. I reached out to customer service, but they were no help. I called a UK number but a rude lady told me I dialed the wrong number. Timex didn't bother responding to my messages, which was frustrating. Luckily, Amazon quickly gave me a refund. What a waste of money on a watch that didn't even last a few months! Next time, I'll probably save up for a Rolex instead.
