Dissatisfied purchase experience
I gotta say, my experience with this company was a huge letdown. Their customer service? Non-existent. They straight up ignore your emails. And don't get me started on the sizing info - totally off base. It left me and other customers totally confused and frustrated. And after I made an order, I couldn't even get a hold of anyone for over an hour. Not cool. This was my first time trying them out, and I can tell you right now, it'll be my last.
Sandal purchase
I just bought a couple pairs of sandals from this store, and let me tell you, their customer service is seriously lacking. I bought them at full price and then they went on sale right after. When I tried to return one of the pairs, they said they already did a price adjustment, so I couldn't get my money back. No one told me about this policy up front, so I felt really frustrated and ripped off. I tried contacting customer service for an explanation, but I never heard back.
Flip flops ordered in December
I bought some flip flops back in December and it's now February, and I still haven't received them. They said there were problems in the warehouse and gave me a discount, but that doesn't do much good if I don't have my shoes. And now, they're not even answering my messages. Their customer service is just awful.
Overpriced flip flops
These flip flops are seriously way too expensive for what you get. The customer service was just awful when I tried to talk about my problems. They suggested ridiculous and totally unhelpful solutions to a simple issue. This was my first time buying something from this company and I was really let down by the whole thing. And on top of that, they ship with DHL but my package somehow ended up at the post office instead of being delivered to my house like it normally would. It was all just weird and felt like a big letdown.
Sweatpants and sweatshirts
Supply chain is NOT their issue! I placed two orders in mid-November. Pre-sale said it would ship end of November. Beginning of December still not shipped. They cancelled one order December 23rd due to not having the product (still taking orders online for it though) and shipped another the same day. I ended up returning the shipped order (December 27th) because the sizing was off for me. I didn't receive a receive my refund until today, March 11th.
I liked the product and tried to purchase again after the holidays. I only purchased items that said "In Stock". One order was made on January 25th. Still not shipped and no information on when it will be. They just cancelled my order today, March 11th even though the product continues to show "In Stock" online.
For my fourth order, I received a text on February 7th that a paid of warm joggers were back in stock. I immediately purchased them. On February 23rd, my order was cancelled and money refunded because they did not have any in stock.
Comments and reviews are now disabled on Facebook and negative comments are deleted from Instagram.
They take money upfront and do not ship. My orders totaled $2,124. Only $363.80 ever shipped. There has to be something fraudulent going on. I will be contacting someone to investigate.One piece tank jumpsuit
The material was too thick for a summer outfit. The customer is unacceptable! You can only reach them by email. The email is a generated email! I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for my refund! I will never purchase again! Prices are expensive for what you get!
Jo sandals
Utterly disappointed in this company. I have placed my first order on May 8 (note: no Pre-order note was visible on the product page, I was simply informed that the product is not even yet in their warehouse after already having made the payment). The order shipped almost 20! Days after and now it is June 10 and I am still waiting for the order to arrive. The TKEES customer support and service is one of the most disappointing (or rather non-existing) I have ever encountered. I have sent a complaint asking to provide me with a tracking number and explain the delay and have never received a reply.
Today (June 10) I have emailed again whilst also leaving comments on their social and only then was graced with an impassive not even slightly apologetic reply.
The only thing worse than a bad shopping experience is the customer support that does not care about you as a customer lacking the “support” part of the title.
I will steering clear of this company and sincerely advise everyone to do so as well.
Let’s see if my order ever arrives..Hey Alexandra - I've encountered the exact same thing. Ordered without knowing the Mia Napa sandals were backordered, checked in with customer service after 7 days of wondering whether the order has shipped only to be told it is backordered and offered a refund option. Responded to take the refund almost immediately but ghosted again. Have been leaving comments on their socials which end up just getting deleted (honestly, their social media team works harder than customer support). Did you ever end up receiving your Jo sandals?
Tkees sandals- Glosses Licorice
The worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life.
Customer service representatives were doing their best to dismiss my complaint.
I sent them an email with pics of the defective sandals I received, and their answer was "we advise our customers to keep the sandals away from oils and sand".
As if I had a private beach in my dresser. They pissed me off, and I wish I had known about their customer service poor standards beforehand. If you buy tkees- choose shopbop or revolve.
