Silk kimonos/cardigans
My experience with this company was so frustrating. I wanted to try out some silk kimonos/cardigans, but my order never came. When I contacted customer service, they said it was sent back because of address problems. I had to pay for shipping again, and when I finally got my order, two things were missing, and I didn't get a refund. Then, it got worse. I made another order on 2/15/24 and I had to call them a month later because it still hadn't shown up. Once again, something was out of stock and they sent me an incomplete order. The lack of communication and all these problems with my orders have just left me feeling frustrated and let down. I won't be shopping here again.
Long wait for order
I can't believe I ordered my stuff so long ago and I still haven't received it! Seriously, who takes this long to ship things? I'm getting really frustrated and honestly just want my money back now. Ughhh!

I was really disappointed with the way Wholesale21 handled my recent order. I get that delays happen, but waiting so long for something I already paid for is just not cool. Customers like me expect things to go smoothly and this whole situation has definitely left me frustrated. Wholesale21 really needs to step up their game in processing and shipping to keep customers happy and coming back.

I was really let down by my order from this website. At first, everything I wanted was listed as available, but then after I paid, they said some things were actually out of stock. When I asked for replacements, they pushed me to either wait or pick something else. It seemed like they didn't want to give me what I bought, just trying to get me to buy stuff I didn't even want. That bait-and-switch move is not cool and now I'm annoyed and unhappy with their service.
Plus size dress purchase
I recently bought a plus size dress from this wholesale site because a friend recommended it. There were a few issues when I was placing the order, but the customer service was really good. The dress came fast and I was happy with how it looked and fit. All in all, it was a good shopping experience.
Multiple products purchase
First of all they show all items in stock but once you pay them they contact you about several products being out of stock and after that if you send them items for replacement they either force you to wait or to change product again. Instead of sending what you have paid for they force you to buy what you do not want to buy.
Plus size clothes
I order my clothes my back in March now it’s May still haven’t received anything for Wholesale 21. Keep getting the same old email saying it in transit from NJ. I advise no one to order from this site. You will be disappointed. I know I am. I need my blue dress by the end of May but I guess I would have order from somewhere else. Bad business.
