    Vacation house booking

    The lady who helped us out, Adelaide, was awesome at replying fast to all our questions and made sure we got the house we were aiming for. I was a bit disappointed though that the bed details weren't very clear. You know, in the UK and Europe, a "double" bed doesn't mean the same thing as it does in the USA. It'd be great if they could be more specific about that in their listings.

    Waterproof boots purchase

    I just got myself a shiny pair of waterproof boots and I think they'll be sticking around for a good while. The customer service at this company was top-notch - super friendly, super understanding, and super quick at fixing anything that went wrong. I've had some bad times with this brand before, but it looks like this new company is changing the game. I really appreciate how they handle any issues with care and speed. All in all, I'm really impressed by the great products and the awesome customer service.

    Bought a bike seat

    Oh my gosh, I stumbled upon this rad website where I snagged this super cool bike seat for way cheaper than anywhere else! It arrived in just a few days, and I was beyond excited to slap it on my bike. Bikeinn is officially my go-to spot for all things bike-related now!

    Flight ticket issue

    My flight ticket got changed outta nowhere, and I didn't even realize until about an hour and a half before I was supposed to fly out. Had to haul it to the airport and ended up with a new ticket for a Turkish Airlines flight. Then, 6 months later, the Airline Claims Team finally came through and decided to make it right by compensating me for all the trouble caused by the ticket switch-up. All in all, I gotta say, I'm thankful for the way the claims team handled things.

    Bellelily is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! The clothes are cheap and not worth the little amount they charge. The customer service is HORRIBLE! The website states that they will accept returns but that is a lie. What they don't tell you is that you cannot return items & they will only offer a discount on your next purchase when you ask for a return. If you do choose to send something back, it is to China and at YOUR expense! Why would I have to send items to China when they were delivered to me from a US warehouse? I want my money back but clearly will not get it. I will never shop here again & I recommend you don't either. After a week of emails back & forth, the only thing I was offered on the items I wanted to return & one item damaged, was a discount on my next purchase. REALLY? You think I want to shop here again? NO!!! This site is a joke! If you want good clothing that you can actually return for your money back or exchange, I recommend shein.com or zolucky.com. Both clothing sites have awesome stuff & awesome customer service...and accept returns IN THE UNITED STATES! Bellelily is a JOKE! Shop at your own risk, but remember that you have been warned!
