Textbook purchase
I just bought a textbook from this company and it was a disaster. The whole process of ordering it was a mess - the transaction didn't go through because of some address issue, but I somehow got charged twice. On top of that, I never even got the textbook I actually paid for. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were useless. They couldn't give me any info on fixing the double charge or missing book, and they wouldn't connect me with someone who could help. It feels like the whole system is messed up, as other customers have pointed out. I did get an email saying they would refund the extra charges, but this experience was just frustrating. This level of incompetence is not okay and now I'm going back to buying physical textbooks.

I'm a customer who's been using this device monitoring software, and honestly, I'm really let down by the services the company is offering. The software they gave me just doesn't work well at all, not doing what it's supposed to do, which is super frustrating and disappointing. On top of that, their customer support is seriously lacking - they're not helpful and don't even bother getting back to me. It's pretty clear to me now that this company isn't reliable and is just out here trying to trick people. I really wouldn't recommend using their services at all.

The camo patterns on those jackets are really cool, and they're super warm too. Plus, I find the outfit building feature really handy. But man, the customer service and return policies totally suck. The fees, processing time, and delays are so annoying to deal with. You can't even cancel an order right after you place it. It's such a bummer that such a good product is held back by their old-school practices.

Jaw-dropping wig
This wig is so amazing! I got it super fast, like just a few days, and it was exactly what I was expecting - the length, color, and frontal all perfect. It even had some extra goodies in the package, which was a nice touch. I put it on yesterday and I am absolutely obsessed. Plus, it didn't have that weird smell that some other wigs do. Non-stick pan set with lids
I bought a set of non-stick pans with lids not too long ago, but I was pretty disappointed with them. I got them at the end of last year, thinking they might sway me on non-stick cookware. Turns out they're only really good for boiling water, soups, and stews - not for much else. The non-stick part started to wear off real fast when I tried to fry meat on high heat. So, I went back to my trusty thirty-year-old cast iron pans, even though they're a pain to clean.
