The whole buying thing was pretty easy and clear. I ordered and got an email saying they got my order right away. But then the shipping took way longer than I thought, and I got a little irritated waiting for my ring. When it finally got here, though, I gotta say, the way they packaged it and presented it really impressed me. The ring itself was even better than I hoped for and it looks amazing. I can't stop looking at it and everyone who sees it compliments me on it. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought and I'd think about getting something from this company again next time.

I was super impressed with how quickly my order was processed and shipped, just 2 workdays after I placed it. It made its way to me in Denmark, Europe in 18 days, just like they promised on the website, and passed through customs without a hitch. The packaging was top-notch and everything inside was in perfect condition. The puzzle itself is really challenging, with cool pieces that made it even more fun. The only small issue was that the package tracking hasn't been updated since it got to customs in Denmark. Item not permitted for exchange after 2 weeks
I just bought something at this store and tried to exchange it for something I got two weeks ago at another place. The customer service was really nice at both the Dubai Airport and the Bond Street store in London. But I was bummed when I found out that I couldn't exchange the item for the same amount I paid in Dubai. So buying it at the airport basically meant I wasted my money since I didn't get any duty-free perks. The item wasn't too pricey, thankfully, but it was annoying that the rules weren't the same at both locations.
