Lace colors matching shoe
I recently made a purchase from this store and wanted to share my experience. I have to say, I was really happy with how my order turned out. Despite seeing some negative reviews, everything went smoothly for me. I placed my order on a Sunday and got it by Thursday, just like they promised. Plus, they sent me two different lace colors that matched my shoes perfectly, which was a nice surprise. When I realized I forgot to use a discount code, I emailed customer service and they responded quickly the next day. They acknowledged my mistake and gave me a refund without any issues. Overall, I was very pleased with the product, the bonus gifts, the delivery time, the communication, and the service.

Soccer event
The event was amazing! When we got there, things were all set up and the energy was great. The presentations before the game were interesting and got us pumped up. And when the Czech football legends showed up during halftime, it was such a cool bonus. The food and service were excellent, making the night unforgettable. Big props to the team for pulling off such a awesome event!

My school project
I had to use this tool for a school project, and let me tell you, it was a bit confusing at first since the interface looked different than what I'm used to. But after messing around with it for a bit, I finally figured out how to use the tools and ended up creating a pretty cool picture. Once I got the hang of it, the design was actually pretty simple and easy to understand.

The customer service at this company was amazing! The person I talked to really broke everything down for me, so I didn't feel confused at all, and they made sure all my questions were fully answered. It was obvious that they really knew their stuff when it came to their products and services. I'm grateful for how patient they were in explaining everything clearly. All in all, it was a great experience.

Small product disappointed with size
The product packaging was really nice, but once I opened it, I was kind of bummed to see how small and thin the actual product was. It definitely did not live up to what I was expecting. On top of that, I had a hard time finding info about my order, which was super frustrating.

Mirror purchase
I bought a mirror from AMIRO last November, but I never got it. I waited for two months, then realized it must have gotten lost on the way. I emailed AMIRO several times asking for a refund, but all they sent back were generic messages telling me to wait. It's really frustrating to have paid £80 for something that never arrived, and their customer service has been terrible. I feel like they've left me hanging and I have to deal with this mess by myself.

2 blouses for Christmas in early December
First blouse received in early January for a Christmas gift! XL was really a U.S. medium and cheap quality. Second blouse received January 21 as a Christmas gift! XL was really more of a XXL and fabric was VERY thin. This company is NOT from the U.S. and I would NOT buy from them again.
