Variety, Quality, Customer Service
The clothes at this online store are really amazing! I found everything I was looking for, from cute beach outfits to fancy dresses for events, and they all turned out even better than I expected. The prices are fair considering how well-made and nice the materials are. The customer service was great too, quick and helpful with any questions I had. Plus, the website is easy to use with search filters that made finding what I wanted super easy.

Survey spam
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. I've never dealt with such annoying spam and disregard for my preferences. Even after asking to be removed from their list, I keep getting bombarded with surveys in my email. It's so irritating and just not cool. If I could, I'd give them zero stars. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with this company.

Pain relief cream
When I first tried the pain relief cream a few months ago, I was really disappointed. I decided to try it again last month, thinking maybe it needed more time to work, but it was still a letdown. Not only did it not help with my pain, but others had the same experience. It seems like one of those products that promise a lot but don't deliver. And why is there a Military Medal in the TV ad for pain relief? It just seems kind of fake and unrelated to the actual product. Bottom line, I wouldn't suggest this pain relief cream to anyone who actually needs relief.

Online customer service experience
I had this online customer service experience that really ticked me off recently. I had set up this Zoom meeting with a rep, but they never showed up and didn't even bother letting me know. When they finally got in touch, their excuse for missing our appointment was weak. I was pretty worried about the lack of communication and professionalism I saw. I tried to reschedule, but never heard back from them. It made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer.

Nomad leather case
I've had the Nomad leather case for over 5 months now and I gotta say, it still looks like brand new. The leather quality is top-notch, way better than other expensive cases I've tried. There's no wear and tear in sight! One thing I really like is the lack of visible branding on the case, it's a rare thing these days. The ruggedness of the case gives me peace of mind that my phone is well protected, even if I accidentally drop it. And I was pleasantly surprised to find out it also has a cool digital business card feature, which gives it a modern edge. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share my positive experience. I definitely recommend this case to anyone looking for a tough and stylish phone case.

First time placing order with Stylevana and it's going good so far as the Package has been dispatched within one working week, I've received the tracking email and it's showing me updates that at which step is my package right now. I placed the order without reading any reviews about Stylevana, and when I read the reviews on different review sites and social media (specially TikTok), it turned out most of the people have complaints about them (mostly delayed packages, bad customer service, refund haven't received etc etc), after reading these comments I was quite worried that may be my experience is gonna be like them as well but I was pleasantly surprised when I received 2 emails back and forth saying that my order has been packed and dispatched along with tracking email with one working week of placing the order.
