    Purchased a dress

    This company is a total mess! I ordered a dress, and they sent it to the wrong address in a whole different state! And the worst part is, the dress never even left the warehouse, but they wouldn't change the address. So, somebody ended up swiping the package. Can you believe that? After a bunch of calls and putting up with their screw-ups, they finally gave me back all the money I spent. Needless to say, I'm never buying from them again.

    Blind purchase

    So, I got these blinds for my room and they were awesome at first. But then, oh man, one of them broke. I called them up and they said they would come and fix it. Well, they did send someone, but then they lost track of them! Like, how do you lose a person? Anyways, they just decided to make a whole new blind without even telling me. And you know what? It wasn't even the right one! I mean, come on, I even named them so it would be easy for them to know which one goes where. But nope, they still messed it up. So yea, don't rely on their customer service if you need repairs.

    Pair of sneakers

    I got these sneakers like 3 months ago and guess what? They already got a rip in the side stitching. I contacted customer service and they actually got back to me pretty quick, in like 3 days. I sent some pics and they were super nice enough to send me a gift voucher to get new sneakers. I've read some other reviews about the sneakers being not so great quality, which has me worried. But gotta give props to customer service for handling it so fast. Hoping my next pair lasts longer!

    Big bundle purchased

    I ordered the largest bundle they had, but I didn't receive a confirmation email immediately. However, I did get emails about their products and the company's CEO. My credit card was charged, and when I checked a week later, my bundle was still active even though I had requested to cancel it. They claimed it had been shipped, but I was about to go on vacation. Eventually, they accepted the return, but some items arrived after I had declined them. Unfortunately, I can't give feedback on the quality of the products since I never received them. It was a frustrating experience, which is why I'm relieved that I canceled my order.

    World map XXL in Terra wood with LED lighting

    Two years ago, me and my family bought this huge world map made of Terra wood from this company. We were so happy with how well-made it was. Lately, we saw an ad for some LED lights that could go with our map, so I contacted them to ask about getting some clear lights. But I didn't hear back after sending about four messages to their customer service rep, Maryna. Even though we loved our original purchase, not getting any response about the LED lights was a letdown and now we're not very happy with the whole experience.

    I'm totally obsessed with this website that has the cutest clothes! You know how sometimes when you shop online, what you get isn't always what you expected? Well, this time was a game changer for me. I found some pieces that I just couldn't live without, but one was out of stock. Luckily, Jenny, the lady I chatted with, went above and beyond to help me find something else just as adorable to swap it out with. When my package finally arrived, the quality of the clothes blew me away - I'm seriously in love with all my new outfits!

    Diffuser purchase - costly and problematic

    I've been waiting a few months to give my feedback on the diffuser I bought, and I have to admit, I'm pretty disappointed. I feel like the diffusers cost too much for all the problems I've had. One of the big issues I noticed was that the two diffusers I got didn't match up, especially when it came to the long hose they came with - it was all bent out of shape and made the diffuser not work right. On top of that, there are these rubber pieces that look like donuts that come with the diffuser, and one is bigger than the other. They keep falling into the bottles, which is annoying and makes the diffuser not work well. All in all, I'm not happy with how the diffusers are made and I'd like to get a refund.

    I purchased my product on on November 9th the company said product would be ready 7-10 days satisfaction guaranteed. on the 20th the product was supposed to be shipped and today is November 25th I still haven't received my product and the company has not informed me where my product is. every time I contact the company to see where my product is they respond with a generic response. Why do I have to worry about fraud this company is not very professional. I will not be ordering from this company ever again and i am going to reprot them for fraud. i paid close to 100.00 US dollars for my product and i feel they took my money.

    Just cancel the product or did you received??

    I have had the same issue.
    Wish I checked this site first.
