Solar panels
I recently bought some solar panels from this place because they were much cheaper than the ones I already had. I already have some fancy CIGS panels, but I wanted to try these out. They seem to work just as well for the most part, except on really cloudy days. I have to be careful where I place them to get the most out of them. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase, especially since they were less than half the price of my other panels. One thing I really like about these panels is that they are more durable and sturdy compared to my previous ones.

Defective product
I got this RDA that came messed up, there's a bend in the postdeck that's making a space between the glass and the postdeck part, so it's not working at all. I reached out to customer support, they told me to send a video showing the issue, which I did. But now it's been 4 weeks and I haven't heard anything back or gotten it fixed. I'm not gonna order from them again, whether it's CigaBuy or CigaBest.

Blind purchase
So, I got these blinds for my room and they were awesome at first. But then, oh man, one of them broke. I called them up and they said they would come and fix it. Well, they did send someone, but then they lost track of them! Like, how do you lose a person? Anyways, they just decided to make a whole new blind without even telling me. And you know what? It wasn't even the right one! I mean, come on, I even named them so it would be easy for them to know which one goes where. But nope, they still messed it up. So yea, don't rely on their customer service if you need repairs.

World map XXL in Terra wood with LED lighting
Two years ago, me and my family bought this huge world map made of Terra wood from this company. We were so happy with how well-made it was. Lately, we saw an ad for some LED lights that could go with our map, so I contacted them to ask about getting some clear lights. But I didn't hear back after sending about four messages to their customer service rep, Maryna. Even though we loved our original purchase, not getting any response about the LED lights was a letdown and now we're not very happy with the whole experience.

Cute clothes
I'm totally obsessed with this website that has the cutest clothes! You know how sometimes when you shop online, what you get isn't always what you expected? Well, this time was a game changer for me. I found some pieces that I just couldn't live without, but one was out of stock. Luckily, Jenny, the lady I chatted with, went above and beyond to help me find something else just as adorable to swap it out with. When my package finally arrived, the quality of the clothes blew me away - I'm seriously in love with all my new outfits!

Diffuser purchase - costly and problematic
I've been waiting a few months to give my feedback on the diffuser I bought, and I have to admit, I'm pretty disappointed. I feel like the diffusers cost too much for all the problems I've had. One of the big issues I noticed was that the two diffusers I got didn't match up, especially when it came to the long hose they came with - it was all bent out of shape and made the diffuser not work right. On top of that, there are these rubber pieces that look like donuts that come with the diffuser, and one is bigger than the other. They keep falling into the bottles, which is annoying and makes the diffuser not work well. All in all, I'm not happy with how the diffusers are made and I'd like to get a refund.
