If they are not out stock on the item you're ordering, you might receive your order, but you never know as their ordering system is hosed. Took them 10 days to credit an out of stock item and finally ship my order, only after I emailed them multiple times, got no responses from their customer service, finally sent threatening communication through their website. They have no clue what customer service is!

This is a legit scam. 3 bottles they keep comming and keep.charging my bank. I have cancelled, paid to send them back and have yet to get my money back. They said they will have a manager call within 48 hours supposed manager has never called .I keep calling . When you can understand them they still talk in circles. DO NOT ORDER! 5 bucks to send it back then they charge a 9.95 restocking fee .lol I want my money back. They say 4 95 , you can't cancel your order they charge the 95 after that and this is just a nightmare. SCAM

Cbd medic muscle & joint relief deep rub ointment
After putting reviews n requesting receipts for refund to have for proof, the refund appeared back on my card. Now i have problems with the reward program n placing the order for the cbd deep rub ointment packets n them replying back to me after requesting help. One day i can have numerous replies, the next day not a single one. The rewards said $1 for 10 points. I had 3151 points. When tryn to place the order, it kicked up $25 off of a order $50 or more verses $1 for every 10 points n said i only had 651 points n gave me a code number. I stopped there immediately. Sent email for help since it wasnt as things said it would be. Emailed them n still am awaiting a reply n cannot make my purchase until this is straightened out.

They seem to be accommodating if I want to send unopened product back. But nervous that I won’t get my money back after I send product back. Reason no one calls you back. It taste nothing like before, or looks like what I had, and when I’ve asked about it no one says anything about it. It’s like I never asked. Don’t waste your money. Sera relief products are awesome if you purchase through that company. I think the product is diluted with another oil. You should taste the cbd oils. This has no taste at all. Very weird. I’m keeping the product but know better now. Buy from sera relief or your local dispensary.

They shipped the product, have all the receipts and information and they require the customer to file a USPS claim. This is unreasonable, and a terrible practice. Ordered two of these, and they were NOT shipped within 24 hours as the website says. Had to send numerous emails, and leave phone messages-as they never answer the phone, and FINALLY saw that they shipped. Only received ONE of two tho, and they are NOT responding at all. Will have to file theft/fraud with my credit card company I suppose.

ordered a few times smaller bottles with no problems decided to go for the large bottle to get the value for the price when it arrived it was not the flavor that I ordered I emailed the company and they offered to send a replacement in the correct flavor however since they mail glass bottles in flimsy envelopes lined with bubble wrap something fell on it in transit and shattered the bottle when I emailed the company with pictures of the shattered bottle they did not reply I again emailed them they asked what happened in transit I emailed the pictures a second time and have yet to receive a reply after multiple times of emailing them and attempting to call the number that I googled I should have read reviews on the company first because another customer reported an issue and the company never responded to them either until they put a negative review on Google and then they responded to the Google review the last time I emailed them was two days ago and let them know if I did not receive a response within 24 hours I would be adding a negative review since I still did not receive the product that I ordered because of improper packaging that led to the shattering of the replacement bottle and when I questioned them if I spent another $200 to order another bottle and it shattered on the way what would happen to which I never got a response.

I ordered from CBD Gummies from this company in January of 2020. The product was for my Wife's arthritic condition. After 4 to 5 days I emailed Direct CBD to see why the order had not been shipped. I was advised the product was on backorder and it would go out in a couple more days. Again after about a week, nothing, so we bought from a local supplier since her supply was extremely low. I have requested through approximately 10 emails to have my order canceled and a refund issued to my credit card. They do not respond, they do not answer their phone, and they still show my order as processing in their system. Please take my advice and do not do business with this organization. This is actually the first negative review I have ever given after years and numerous transactions done online. This company apparently has one goal, take the money and provide no customer service......

I am very unhappy w this company. first I order the cream money was taken and didn’t ship for 2 days no updates or nothing. Contacted them and got a rude email. Then got the product used it for a couple of days and it didn’t help my arthritis pain at all.So I email them for a refund and get a email saying they only give refunds on unopen product.How do you know if it works if you don’t open it.I will never do business w them again and will tell others not to.Very disappointed.
