Like a lot of other people are saying, I had a terrible experience with this company. I really wanted to support a women owned business and all that, but I would never shop here again. My item also became "out of stock" the second after I ordered it, resulting in me waiting weeks to receive my order. The product is bad, even at it's lowest setting it's so intense it's just painful to me. Maybe some people would like it but it's just not for me. I went to return or exchange it for something else but I then found that they have to zero return or exchange policy. Would never have bought from them in the first place if I knew this! I had a $40 ... from target before this that lasted me 18 months. I'm going to go buy another one of those! Would recommend

THE WORST COMPANYTOTAL SCAM
There is no customer service. I was told to send a dress back that I wanted an updated size for via email after over 30 days of attempting a response. I PAID to ship the dress back. NEVER got the new size or a refund. Still cannot get a hold of them 6 months later. Dont waste your time or money on these idiots.

2 gray nightstands
This is a terrible company to deal with. They do not care at all about customer service. I received 2 damaged and defective nightstands. The damage was done during shipping but due to the nature of the defects, I requested to simply return without receiving more of the same product. The company insists that to return I will have to pay to ship the damaged furniture back as well as pay a restocking fee. This is damaged furniture!! Why would it be restocked!?!? This company does not care at all about customer service and will do anything to extort more money from you at every turn.

This popped up on my instagram and I watched them for a while before buying. I'm so glad I did. The shirts are very soft and comfy- great material. I've washed them as well, in a cold wash and they were perfectly fine. The colours are true to the picture. The sizing tends to be a little big- I'm a small and they feel more like a medium but that's not really a big issue at all! Love these shirts!

I love this t-shirt, its totally different and a little bit quirky like me. I love walking down the beach and letting the tourists make up there own minds!!! Ha ha

Second time ordering..... its going to take a while to receive, but if your not in a hurry the product is authentic in original packaging.... the pricing cant be beat, however when I just think of what we are being charged by BIG PHARMA.... for animal medications..... even on a discounted website....its just outrageous. The ordering process was fast and easy. The price was very reasonable. The delivery was sufficient due to where it was being shipped from. The dress was beautiful, just like it was in the picture. The size medium was a perfect fit.

I ordered 2 jogging suits on February 15 I still haven’t received them. No one never got a hold of me. But I will have my bank track them down. So I can get my money back. I’m so disappointed. I will not order from this site again. It seem like a scam. I’m so pissed off
I ordered from them on February 12 and paid for expedited shipping never received the items. Sent emails and finally got a number to call and whom ever I talked to still tried to scam me by asking me he can give me a refund but I needed to be in front of a computer. He tried to gain remote access to my computer to still my information and then when that didn't work he tried to get my job info through paychecks. I did reach out to my bank a reported an fraudulent transaction on my account and received my money back today. So people it's a SCAM do not order from them and do not let them tell you that they can send you a refund over your computer or cell phone because they are lying.

I ordered over 30 items on 4/7/21 and got everything by month end. I however had to contact them everyday and even used whatsapp texts. The fabric is poor quality, so different from what the pictures show. Colors were also off. At least i got my stuff.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! I ordered something on April 3rd and paid for expedited shipping and it STILL hasn't come. They keep giving me a non functional tracking number and telling me to be patient. At first, I just wanted my money back for the shipping. Now it's been so long I want a full refund. I will definitely be filing a report on them to the Better Business Bureau.

There are long wait times due to Covid-19, not because of a problem with them. I spoke with someone who was able to track my product while it was outside of U.S. before it came to USPS.
As long as you're not in a hurry and have planned in advance for your prescription needs, I recommend CanadaPetCare.com. I ordered on 6/18/2020 and received my order on 7/24/2020. CanadaPetCare.com provided a tracking number associated with my order so I was able to see that it was stuck in customs, which doesn't surprise me too much. I have used this company before and it didn't take as long as it did this time. I order Bravecto for both my dog and cat and both come in the same kind of packaging (although with metric measurements). The packaging was smashed, but that doesn't matter to me because the product was just fine and wasn't damaged within the packaging. I was surprised to see that the package was coming from England, I thought, given the name of the company and logo that it's a Canada based company.
