    Antivirus software purchase

    I just bought antivirus software from this company and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with it. The whole setup was easy-peasy and it looks like the software is doing a good job at keeping my computer safe from any bad stuff. I really like how easy it is to use, and I can easily find my way around all the different options. And to top it off, the customer service folks were really helpful when I had questions or needed some extra help. All in all, I feel a lot better knowing my computer is being looked after by this software.

    My recent cruise was kind of a letdown. The ship looked amazing, but there were a few things that didn't go as planned. The package I bought wasn't what I thought it would be, and they made changes after I already paid for it. It left a bad feeling and made me feel like I was getting taken advantage of. On top of that, the guest services staff was not very nice or helpful, so it was hard to get help with any problems that came up on the cruise.

    The SAT Prep program we used really helped our son get ready for the PSAT exam. It pinpointed his weak areas and gave him strategies to tackle those kinds of questions. The practice problems were on point and helped him work on his weaker areas, boosting his overall score by 200 points from sophomore to junior year. The improvement he made using this program was seriously impressive and we're thrilled with the results.

    Ordering my contacts was super easy - they arrived quickly and the website was a piece of cake to use. The only issue I ran into was on my phone when I tried to add my doctor's info. I couldn't manually type it in because her name didn't pop up, but I had no problem doing it on my computer later. Besides that little hiccup, everything else was a breeze.     Purchased the scooter online after reading great reviews for my almost 15 year old son and he loves it. It is easy to put together and easy to use. He uses it around the house just for fun with his friends not on any major roads. Battery stays charged for a long time. Happy with the purchase.

    8x10 rug

    Bought an 8x10 rug. Rugs.com states that it has GUARANTEED lowest prices. This implies that they act to ensure this. After buying I looked for a matching smaller rug and saw the same 8x10 rug elsewhere for less. Contacted Rugs.com twice, asked if they'd price match. No reply. Then I asked them to cancel, just 2 hours after buying, it hadn't shipped. No reply. They state they have 24/7 customer service and that response time is slower than usual because of Covid. I emailed and called them several times over a 3 or 4 day period with NO RESPONSE. No one answers the phone, no one replies to emails. Contacted Paypal, they investigated and initiated a refund. Google Rugs.com complaints, and you'll see LOTS of them on several consumer sites including the BBB site, all for the same reasons given above and more. Horrible buying experience, avoid this company.

    I see what you mean about the reviews of this company. I was going to order a rug and something told me to check the reviews and wow, terrible customer service. I'll pay more at another store rather than have to deal with a company like this!

    Got 8x10 rug. It was folded 6 times into a rectangle. Was told creases would flatten out in two weeks. Not true. Why would anyone ship a carpet folded like an envelope
