Quizme Wide Calf boot
I was really looking forward to getting the Quizme Wide Calf boot from the online store since I usually wear wide calf boots. But when I received it, the calf size was way too big even for my wide calves! I contacted customer service right away to see about swapping it for the regular version in the same size. They said no problem, I could return the Wide Calf boot for a refund and then buy the regular calf boot at the same size with a price match guarantee. I followed their instructions and got my refund, but when I tried to reorder the regular calf boot, they said they couldn't price match because they consider it a different shoe. I was so disappointed - now I'm without boots for the holidays and it's been a frustrating experience.

Motion Detector purchase
It's really annoying trying to get a response through email from this place. I've had to send a bunch of emails just to get a simple answer. And let me tell you about their alarm system - so unreliable! There were times when the alarm would go off, and nobody even bothered to give me a call. Like, isn't there a procedure in place for that kind of thing? I thought I was buying a camera for monitoring, but it ended up being just a motion detector. Probably my fault for not reading carefully, but clearer product descriptions would have been helpful.

Best toothbrush and toothpaste
I just bought a new toothbrush and toothpaste from this company and wanted to share my positive experience.
