The customer service at this place was top-notch! I was really impressed with how they took care of me while I was ordering. The staff did everything they could to make sure my necklace was just how I wanted it, even with the special request for two capital letters in my name. I'm so happy with how it turned out and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

App purchase for my little brother
This app is pretty neat for my little brother since he really enjoys the games on it. But I don't get why I can't block certain stuff I don't think is appropriate for him. I mean, I don't want him checking out random zombie stuff and whatnot. Sometimes he's just all over the place clicking away and I can't seem to control it. I reached out for assistance, and they told me I can't restrict the content. So, I ended up canceling the app, but we can still access it, which seems strange. I really hope they don't end up charging us extra for it!

No refund for order
I made my order on 12/18/2022 with pickup from the Intimissimi store in the Aventura shopping center. When I tried to pick up my order, they told me they didn't have my package. I was told that the delivery was made by mistake to another city. And by the end I never received, I'm still waiting for my return. I've been calling customer service for over a month and they always say they should investigate. Different people answer the same way, what they have not seen in the system of open investigation since my last call. The same lies and nonsense are fed every time I contact support. Terribly expensive company that steals from customers.
