Couple's massage surprise
My partner surprised me with a couple's massage at home, and I have to say, it was truly memorable. Lamar and Cassio were not only really good at what they do but also really easy to talk to. The massage they gave was amazing, and even though it was my first time getting a massage from a guy, they made me feel completely relaxed. They were great at checking in and making sure I was okay during the whole session. The music they played really set the mood and made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a fantastic massage.
Wedding chair-massage event
Oh my gosh! Let me tell you about the amazing massage I had at my cousin's wedding, it was the best thing ever! Booking it was a piece of cake, just went online and boom, all done. The massage therapists were so friendly and made everyone feel so relaxed. It was like a little escape during the wedding festivities. I felt like a whole new person afterwards, all my stress just disappeared. If you've got a special occasion on the horizon, you have to give this a shot!
Massage service review
I've been going to this massage place for a while now, and I have to tell you, the service is top-notch. At the start, it can be tough to find the perfect massage therapist, but I've never had a bad experience while trying out different ones. Luckily, I quickly found a few amazing therapists who give fantastic massages. And I love that I can also gift massages to friends and family - it's such a thoughtful and relaxing gift idea.
Therapist provided by the service
The therapist I get from this service is really amazing. Always on time and gives a great experience. My only tiny issue is that I can't reach out to the therapist directly. There are some techniques he does that I want more of, and I want to chat with him about preferring a more full body massage style. Even with that, he's been awesome and I trust that he'll keep getting better as I keep scheduling appointments with him.
Zeel service review
My experience with Zeel has not been great. They have canceled appointments without telling me and it's hard to talk to a real person for help. I have run into a lot of problems using their service. The lack of professionalism and not caring about customer service is worrying. As someone who served in the military, I deserve respect. Zeel doesn't measure up to other places that offer the same services.
Appointment cancellation 4 hours before scheduled time
I had an appointment that got canceled just 4 hours before it was supposed to happen. I was really disappointed since I had booked it a few days earlier. It was frustrating because I had just got back from the hospital and really needed that appointment. I couldn't find another therapist on short notice, which was a big hassle. On top of that, the way customer service reacted was surprising. A simple apology and some empathy would've made a big difference for me. I would have been more willing to give them another shot in the future.
Massage appointment satisfaction
I just had a massage appointment and it was amazing! The therapist was so professional and nice, and had a technique that really helped me relax and feel refreshed. I live in a rural area, so it usually takes about half an hour to confirm the appointment on the app. But I usually book ahead of time so the little delay didn't bother me at all. I bet in a city, appointments are quicker to confirm, but it's all good for me.
Spa package won at BottleRock
Oh my gosh, Zeel is seriously the best! I was so fortunate to win a spa package at BottleRock last year. The massages have been incredible every time. It's so nice being able to get a massage in the comfort of my own home for the same cost as going to a spa. I'm definitely planning on continuing to use this service even after I've used up my package.
Couple's massage for wife's birthday
I recently booked a couple's massage for my wife's birthday weekend through Zeel. Even though I talked to Zeel multiple times and got confirmations, they never arranged for a second therapist for our appointment. So instead of us getting a couples massage, my wife ended up getting a solo massage. It was really disappointing since it was for such a special occasion. I don't think I'll be using Zeel again after this experience.
Booking appointments frustrating
I'm really frustrated because they keep messing up my appointments. One person showed up but refused to walk a few steps, and another didn't even bother to show up at all. And now they're asking me to sign a long contract that they can't even stick to. I wouldn't recommend using their services!

I used to work at this massage company, but they let me go for asking too many questions. They always dodged the real reason why I wasn't getting any clients. I feel like they play favorites and would rather cancel a client's appointment than assign them to a therapist they don't prefer. I have a feeling this company won't last long. I suggest avoiding this place at all costs!
LMT account application process
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and I wanted to sign up on this platform to get more clients, but oh boy, the whole process has been a total nightmare. It took me ages just to set up an account, and even after I gave them all my personal and LMT details, I still can't get in after three months. I've sent Zeel so many emails about this, but nothing's been fixed yet. It's really frustrating to see how slow they are at handling applications, especially for professionals like us LMTs. I really hope Zeel can take a look at their system and make it easier and faster for therapists like me to join without making us wait forever.
Frustrated with massage booking process
I live in a big city in North Carolina and I've been really frustrated with booking a massage. Even though I pick a time, the service provider always seems to be late and makes excuses. If they don't fix this soon, I'm going to ask for my money back.

Even if I haven't actually used this company's services myself, the way they handle their customers' concerns says a lot about their customer service. Businesses should really make an effort to address complaints in a professional and respectful way, instead of just brushing them off or being rude to their customers.
