Wedding chair-massage event
Oh my gosh! Let me tell you about the amazing massage I had at my cousin's wedding, it was the best thing ever! Booking it was a piece of cake, just went online and boom, all done. The massage therapists were so friendly and made everyone feel so relaxed. It was like a little escape during the wedding festivities. I felt like a whole new person afterwards, all my stress just disappeared. If you've got a special occasion on the horizon, you have to give this a shot!
Massage service review
I've been going to this massage place for a while now, and I have to tell you, the service is top-notch. At the start, it can be tough to find the perfect massage therapist, but I've never had a bad experience while trying out different ones. Luckily, I quickly found a few amazing therapists who give fantastic massages. And I love that I can also gift massages to friends and family - it's such a thoughtful and relaxing gift idea.
Therapist provided by the service
The therapist I get from this service is really amazing. Always on time and gives a great experience. My only tiny issue is that I can't reach out to the therapist directly. There are some techniques he does that I want more of, and I want to chat with him about preferring a more full body massage style. Even with that, he's been awesome and I trust that he'll keep getting better as I keep scheduling appointments with him.
Massage appointment satisfaction
I just had a massage appointment and it was amazing! The therapist was so professional and nice, and had a technique that really helped me relax and feel refreshed. I live in a rural area, so it usually takes about half an hour to confirm the appointment on the app. But I usually book ahead of time so the little delay didn't bother me at all. I bet in a city, appointments are quicker to confirm, but it's all good for me.
Therapist's professional behavior
I had a massage therapist come over to my place for a session recently. She was all professional, came on time, and gave me a pretty decent massage. But let me tell you, after she left, I found out she had taken a video of my bathroom without asking me. That really crossed the line and made me feel so violated. It's just not cool to invade someone's privacy like that.
Average online shopping experience
Ordering from this company was a total nightmare - seriously. The customer service was so slow and didn't really help when I ran into problems with my order. I ended up waiting way longer than I thought to finally get my stuff, and then the whole pick-up process was just a huge headache. The website itself was kind of a pain to use, not very easy to find what I was looking for. And, yeah, the prices were okay, but the actual products - not great quality at all. Basically, they really need to step up their game when it comes to getting orders out on time and giving good customer service.
