My save the date cards
I ordered my save the date cards from this website, and they were pretty disappointing. The picture was faded and looked like it came from an ancient printer or something. They only refunded part of my money when all I wanted was high-quality cards. Eventually, I went with a different company, Minted, and the proof they sent me looked so much better. The colors were vibrant, unlike the ones from the first place. So yeah, I recommend going with Minted for your cards instead of this website.
Wrong registry item received
This whole situation is just ridiculous! I picked out something from my wedding registry and not only did I get the wrong thing, but it happened twice! I finally contacted customer service for the third time and they said they would fix it, but then they disappeared on me. No replies, no updates, just radio silence. I had to bug them for days with more emails just to be ignored. This lack of competence and communication is so aggravating and totally kills the excitement of what should be a happy time.
Wedding gift hassle
Seriously, don't even think about buying gifts from this place. The prices are crazy high and dealing with customer service is a total nightmare. My wife and I have been trying to sort out a gift that was given to us by a guest for over a year. We've sent so many emails, but all we get back is a robotic-sounding response. And calling them? Forget about it. Just leads to more frustration and no real answers. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
Invitations and wedding website
I used their site for my wedding invitations and website, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. They were constantly pushing their registry, which was super annoying and made the whole thing not fun at all. I ended up going with a different company for my invitations and website because Zola just made it way too hard.
Knife purchase
This website is terrible. I ordered a knife three weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it. I tried reaching out to customer service for assistance, but they were useless. They wouldn't even cancel my order or refund me. I'm never using this site again.

Ordered a serving platter from my cousin's wedding registry in August. I didn't receive it for the bridal shower in September so I called they told me it was out of stock but it would be back in stock and I should receive it in two weeks. Now in mid October I had to reach out again and they are saying another 90 days. Really?? It was charged to my credit card in September and I have never received an update from them I always have to call email. This is a terrible website to order gifts. Why are they selling items they can't even get?
Mother of Pearl Photo Frame
I ordered a gift from the couples registry and when it arrived I was not pleased and am not able to return it. Their policy states that they do take returns, but any link on their web site to initiate a return goes go no where...just a loop back to where I started. The photo frame is not suitable as a wedding gift (very cheaply made and didn't even come in a box!). I don't believe this is a trust worthy company and wish I had not done business with them.
