Cutting cable costs
I was just sick and tired of shelling out tons of cash for cable on my motorhome, so I said to myself, "Enough is enough!" I bought this global WiFi device from this company about a year and a half ago to make sure my daughters could stay connected while they were away on their exchange programs. I wanted to give them a good way to keep in touch with loved ones no matter where they were in the world. My trip was pretty great overall. I went to Europe and got myself a one-month unlimited data plan. As I was cruising through places like France, Spain, Gibraltar, and Portugal, I was happy to see that the service worked well, even in the middle of nowhere up in the mountains. But, I did hit a snag in Gibraltar where I had no service for a couple of days. Apparently, I needed a special package for the UK, which was kind of annoying.

The service was pretty good in New Zealand and France, except for a few dead zones here and there. The battery lasted me about 8 hours each day, which was nice. I finally got to use this global wifi device on my recent trip to Europe. It worked perfectly in Madeira, Vigo Spain, Brussels, and Amsterdam with both my iPad and my husband's iPhone. We didn't have any trouble connecting and the speed was pretty good.

We took the WiFi hotspot all over Europe - from Toronto to NYC, Barcelona, France, Portugal, and London. Just watch out - it does get pretty warm.
