Loyalty points issue
I ran into a problem where my frequent flyer number was updated wrong by the company, so now my loyalty points are going to someone else. I've been trying to fix it, but instead of getting it solved quickly, I'm getting asked silly questions. It's making me hesitant to give them my info again in the future.
Flight booking to Kuala Lumpur
I just booked a flight on Cleartrip for a trip from New Delhi to Kuala Lumpur, but it was a total disappointment. After I paid a good amount with my credit card, Cleartrip just randomly canceled my booking without explaining why. The worst part is they said I have to wait 8 to 10 business days for a refund, even though it was their mistake. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful. In the end, I felt let down and inconvenienced by Cleartrip's poor service.
Failed booking and delayed refund
My booking didn't go through on April 8th even though I tried to pay multiple times. The customer support team told me the refund would be in my account within 7-10 working days, but it's been over 20 days and I still haven't gotten it. I haven't heard anything about the delay or why it's taking so long.
Charged for booking with promised PNR issuance
I booked with this company and got an email saying my reservation would be confirmed in 2 hours. But after waiting a whole day, I saw that the support on the website wasn't working. When I called, they said my booking didn't go through and couldn't explain why they still charged me. They said I'd get a refund in 5 days, but it's been 22 days and nothing yet. I definitely recommend not using this company, seems like they're up to something fishy.
Fully refundable hotel booking
I had a really hard time trying to get my money back from Cleartrip after I canceled my hotel booking ahead of time. The customer service agent said that I would get a refund, but it never came through. When I called again, they said they never canceled my booking and kept my money. It was such a bad experience, I definitely won't be booking with them again!
Flight booking for travel to Kochi and back
I just booked a flight for Kochi in February, but the airline went ahead and canceled it on me. Supposedly, I'm entitled to a full refund according to their policy. Unfortunately, Cleartrip hasn't given me back the full amount yet. I've been trying to get ahold of them, but their phone number is a bust and my emails are going unanswered. It's really frustrating to see how they're handling their customers.
Booking error
Cleartrip doesn't care about their customers' money. They just take it without hesitation when their team messes up, even if their system is the one at fault. They messed up a reschedule request and ended up taking Rs. 3500 from me, which is really frustrating. It's so disappointing to see them not taking responsibility for their mistakes.
Airline flights
I am never booking with this company again. Their hidden fees and charges are crazy, it's like they're just trying to rip you off. I asked the airline for a refund on my flight, but Cleartrip took the whole refund amount for their so-called non-refundable fees. It's just shameful how they do business.
No refund policy for emergency cancellations
I had a really bad experience with a travel booking service that said they were a third-party provider. They didn't give me a refund for a last-minute cancellation because of an emergency, even though I canceled in time. I felt like they were trying to scam me because they didn't explain their refund policy well. It was really annoying to see them keep my money when they didn't follow through on what they said they would do. They seemed to care more about following airline rules than making things right with their customers. I don't recommend booking with them if you want your money's worth and a company that treats you well.
Cancelled booking, no refund
This company is such a scam! They went ahead and cancelled my booking without even asking me, and to top it off, I still haven't received my refund. Their customer service is absolutely awful, and it's clear they couldn't care less about their customers. I definitely won't be trusting this company ever again!

My time dealing with this company was a total letdown. I bought a plane ticket and ran into a bunch of problems. The customer service was seriously lacking - they weren't helpful at all. On top of that, getting a refund for the ticket was a hassle. I definitely wouldn't suggest using this company to book any travel plans.
