    Flight booking for travel to Kochi and back

    I just booked a flight for Kochi in February, but the airline went ahead and canceled it on me. Supposedly, I'm entitled to a full refund according to their policy. Unfortunately, Cleartrip hasn't given me back the full amount yet. I've been trying to get ahold of them, but their phone number is a bust and my emails are going unanswered. It's really frustrating to see how they're handling their customers.

    Cleartrip doesn't care about their customers' money. They just take it without hesitation when their team messes up, even if their system is the one at fault. They messed up a reschedule request and ended up taking Rs. 3500 from me, which is really frustrating. It's so disappointing to see them not taking responsibility for their mistakes.

    I recently went through a pretty rough situation trying to get a refund for a flight ticket with this company. Waited for more than 15 days and heard absolutely nothing about the status of my refund. The customer service team was seriously lacking in communication and assistance, which was a major letdown. It's really not cool that a well-known company dropped the ball on handling this issue properly, leaving customers like me feeling neglected and annoyed.     Do not book with this company at all! They somehow added on extra charges to my bill without even giving me a reason, even though the airline had already given me a refund. It's just not right and feels like they're trying to rip me off. Do yourself a favor and go with a different booking service.

    So, I recently bought a flight ticket from this one website, and let me tell you, it was a total mess. I got an email saying the airline didn't confirm my ticket and promised I'd get a refund in 8-10 days. Well, let's just say I was on the phone with customer support A LOT to check on that refund. Every time I called, they told me a different date for when the refund was processed. The way they were handling things just felt so sketchy and dishonest. It honestly felt like a scam, and now I'm feeling pretty bummed and let down by the whole situation.

    Crashing site, customer service, canceling perks

    Ugh, I can't stand their site crashing constantly! And get this, when I reached out to customer service, all they said was to try switching to a different device. Can you believe that? On top of that, they require you to use a specific credit card to access perks, which meant I had to cancel my Mastercard Travel World card just to make a booking with them. It's so frustrating!

    Unresolved refund issue.

    They've been holding onto my refund for almost 2 months now, saying the airline hasn't given the approval. But when I called the airline, they said Cleartrip never asked to cancel my tickets. I've called Cleartrip multiple times, but all they do is keep telling me the same lies. I recommend everyone stay away from this platform and any related websites when it comes to making payments. I'm taking legal action against this shady business to make sure they get shut down fast.

    Flight booking experience

    I recently booked a flight through this service and let me tell you, the whole experience was a major letdown. I took my time choosing the perfect departure time, only to find out last-minute that a completely different time had been assigned to me without me even knowing. And to top it off, as soon as I got the confirmation, I noticed the mistake and then got hit with insurance charges and a penalty fee right away. This bait-and-switch move is just not cool, left me feeling like I got scammed and honestly pretty frustrated. I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but they were no help at all and didn't seem to care about my situation.

    This company is just terrible! I was trying to book a ticket and they took my money, but then they claimed the purchase didn't go through. And get this, they ended up sending me the ticket after I was already supposed to travel. Can you believe it? And when I asked for my money back, they didn't want to give it to me, even though it was clearly their mistake! It's so frustrating! 😠

    Bus ticket purchase

    The bus I booked using the app took me way farther than it was supposed to, like over an hour away from where I needed to be. So, I contacted customer service to ask for my money back because I got dropped off at the wrong stop. They said the bus driver reported that I got off at a stop earlier on purpose. I kept telling them that wasn't the case, but they wouldn't budge on giving me a refund and were really rude about it. If you're thinking about using this app, I suggest trying out a different one like Ease My Trip because my experience with this app was just not cool.
