Delayed priority shipping
I recently bought something with priority shipping, thinking I would get it quickly. But turns out, I had to wait longer because they needed more verification from me. They didn't even send it out until later in the week. When I tried to cancel, they said it was already on the way. It seemed like they cared more about making sales than making customers happy. Even with COVID going on, that's no reason for bad service.
