I just bought a plane ticket for my upcoming trip, but then four days later, I got a message saying my ticket had been cancelled. My flight was supposed to be the next day, so I called the airline and they said they had no record of my reservation. It was super annoying and not cool, especially since I had already planned everything for my trip. I definitely won't be using their services again.
Allegedly Air Fare
This website is a total scam. Any positive reviews must have been written by the company itself. I booked a trip from Hawaii to Vietnam four months in advance. Two days before I was supposed to leave, I noticed with no help from SmartFares that one of my connecting flights had changed and the connection could not be made. I called them and was told that I would now have to pay a change fee. What could I say so I did. I called practically every minute for the next two days waiting for confirmation and got excuse after excuse. SmartFares never provided a new flight. I asked for a full refund and was told that everything would be refunded except the change fee and the tax. The tax, the government charge for goods or services rendered, when there was no ticket? The change fee when there was no changed flight? And then I was told I would have to wait two months to get my refund. It has been three and today after me constantly asking, I was told that the airline is denying me a refund. The airline that never provided a ticket? Scammed out of $1,300! Do not be fooled.
Flexible ticket option
I can't believe this company had the nerve to offer a 'flexible ticket' and then hit me with extra fees when I tried to use it. The whole thing feels like a scam and I'm so disappointed in their false advertising. I really hope other customers don't get caught in this trap like I did. Stay away from this site, it's not worth it.
Quick and easy booking process
The booking was pretty easy, but man, that survey at the end was annoying. It kinda felt like it was in the way of me getting to my booking info. Still, I liked how simple it was to find and book my flight, and the prices were fair.
Cheap prices turned expensive quick!
I was super pumped to book my flight because I scored an awesome deal on this website. But when I got to the checkout page, all of a sudden the price shot way up! They tried to tack on extra fees for luggage, even though I didn't need any. It seemed like they were trying to pull a fast one on me and get me to shell out more cash. I was really bummed because I thought I had found a sweet deal, but it ended up being pricier than I thought. That just doesn't seem right to me.
Baggage fees clarification
I had a hard time figuring out how to add bags on your website. It was confusing and unclear. I didn't know if the baggage fees were included or just estimated. And then there was this weird "bag protection" thing I had to deal with when adding a bag. I wish it was clearer so I could make a better decision about my baggage.
Affordable fare, lack of transparency
I just booked a flight using this service and I was happy with how cheap it was. But, I was kind of bummed that they didn't tell me about cancellation fees or baggage costs until I already bought the ticket. Even with that, my whole experience was alright. I liked the good deal, but I wish they were more upfront about everything.

I was so mad about my experience with this company. Their website is sneaky and made me pay more without even knowing it. And when I tried to cancel my plane tickets, they took a lot of money - it felt like a total scam. Definitely don't buy anything from them, trust me.
Flight booking experience
So, I recently booked a flight through this service and I gotta say, it was a pretty positive experience. What I really liked was how easy the website was to navigate. Everything from prices to selection options was all right there on one page, which made it super easy for me to compare and make a decision. Oh, and when I had questions, I just called up customer service and they were on it right away, answering all my concerns. The only thing I'd suggest for improvement is making the charges a little clearer. I got a bit confused with the "Baggage + Protection" charge - I thought it covered baggage on the plane but turns out it was just for protection. Hopefully that wasn't on purpose to fool customers.

Be aware about this company's fake price on line for airline's ticket which after reservation the company will send you an email after purchasing the ticket and says THE AIRLINE YOU SELECTED FOR YOUR FLIGHT RESERVATION WAS UNABLE TO CONFIRM THE FLIGHT FOR THE SAME PRICE AND DATE. Also they charge your credit card before providing you a ticket.

4 billets achetés en février 2020 , mais vols annulés pour cause de covid, ils m’ont délivré un avoir valable 18 mois mais encore en période covid impossible de partir …
Demande de remboursement de l’avoir en cours depuis le mois d’octobre 2021 soit
14 mois de relances après presque 3 ans après ma réservation et je n’ai toujours pas ... la couleur de mon argent !
Ils ne répondent même plus à mes mails, quand j’appelle on me répond que ma demande est toujours en cours auprès de la compagnie, que les délais sont long et ils me demande de patienter !
