Compagnie à fuite absolument !
Des voleurs !
4 billets achetés en février 2020 , mais vols annulés pour cause de covid, ils m’ont délivré un avoir valable 18 mois mais encore en période covid impossible de partir …
Demande de remboursement de l’avoir en cours depuis le mois d’octobre 2021 soit
14 mois de relances après presque 3 ans après ma réservation et je n’ai toujours pas ... la couleur de mon argent !
Ils ne répondent même plus à mes mails, quand j’appelle on me répond que ma demande est toujours en cours auprès de la compagnie, que les délais sont long et ils me demande de patienter !
