    Excellent Service

    Ganges River Ii this was my first Voyage Talking about India I have very good feeling about this destination Many times visited Mumbai Jaipur New Delhi This time just for fun and quality of services and arrangements observation selected this Voyage connecting two mega city Delhi and Kolkata
    I will insist friends to plan this route and travel some holy rivers For every good things we need to pay good amount Though this was costly for me due to we had three family members But company again shows best arrangements ,pleasant environment and lovely sites Of course this is not that kind of cruise but enough to give full pleasure and worth if investment.

    Recent cruise experience

    My recent cruise was pretty good. The boat was in great shape, the staff was nice, and the daily outings were well planned. I especially liked the help I got from a staff member in the office, they really knew their stuff and gave me some good info about the cruise. But, the prices were all over the place and it was kind of annoying. They kept changing too much. Still, I would tell others to give their cruises a try if they want a fun trip.

    River cruise experience

    My husband and I decided to give a river cruise a shot for the first time with Uniworld. We're usually big fans of ocean cruises, but this experience honestly didn't live up to our expectations. We had signed up for a Douro River cruise from Porto, hoping for the same top-notch service and luxury we're used to with the Red Carnation group, but we were let down right off the bat. The lack of clear communication about when we were supposed to board and the schedule of the cruise left us feeling pretty lost and annoyed. The info in our suite was out of date, which didn't give us the best first impression. The biggest problem we faced was in the restaurant. The service was just okay, the staff seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. The food wasn't bad, but the overall dining experience was ruined by having to constantly ask for basic things like butter for toast, or milk and sugar for tea and coffee. At one point during dinner, we were given wine without even having wine glasses on the table, which really showed the lack of attention to detail in the restaurant. We found out a few days into the cruise that the boat was actually being run by a local contractor, with Uniworld only supplying the boat and butlers. Knowing this explained a lot about the poor service and left us feeling even more disappointed. I even took the step of reaching out to the CEO of Uniworld to voice my concerns, but unfortunately, I never heard back. This whole experience has pretty much solidified our decision to not book another Uniworld cruise in the future.

    Uniworld cruise experience

    The Uniworld cruise was a bit of a mixed bag for us. The boats were stunning and the crew did an excellent job, but there were some issues behind the scenes. The promotional presentations started off well, but the final one we went to was pretty unprofessional. The sales managers didn't seem to know what they were doing, and the CEO's message was poorly delivered through a video. Plus, with COVID affecting travel, Uniworld started to feel more like a money-grabbing place for holidays.<br>When it was time to pay for our Christmas Cruise, we found out that Hungary and Austria weren't letting UK travelers in. I asked to wait until things got better to pay, but they said my only option was to cancel. As a so-called gesture of goodwill, Uniworld offered to keep my deposit for a Future Cruise Credit, which was alright with me. But since travel restrictions are still in place, the cruise can't happen. When I asked for my deposit back, Uniworld said a firm "no" once again. In contrast, another cruise company I booked with not only gave me a full refund but also a big credit to make up for it.<br>Also, Uniworld's pricing tactics seemed all over the place and unfair. After canceling our booking, we found out they were selling the same cruise for half the price. That made me wonder about how they set their prices and left a bad taste in my mouth. I told Uniworld that I'll be booking with someone else in the future, and that my remaining Future Cruise Credit will be the end of our relationship.<br>Overall, our experience with Uniworld was full of letdowns and frustrations, so I'll definitely be going elsewhere for my future trips.

    Booking a cruise for my birthday

    I was so excited to book a cruise for my birthday in November this year. I even booked my airfare with the cruise company, thinking it would all go smoothly. But man, was I mistaken! My flight got canceled or changed or something on the way to Paris, and I was freaking out. I reached out to the company for help, and they were like, "Sorry, we can't do anything about it." What do you mean? I thought they were supposed to help me out in situations like this. Now I'm still going on the cruise because I already paid for it, but I'm not as thrilled anymore. Their customer service used to be great, but now it's just terrible. If you're considering a river cruise company, definitely look elsewhere. I wish I had.

    Cruise booking cancellation

    I just booked a cruise through a travel company, all set to go on the trip. But life happened, and I had to cancel at the last minute. Even with the US State Department putting out travel warnings and my doc saying no way, the travel company wouldn't give me a refund. Their lack of understanding really let me down, especially with everything going on. I'll think twice before booking with them again.
