It made me stressed out and confused for no reason. Also, they asked me to give feedback before my claim was even done, which felt unprofessional and annoying. I think the company should look into these issues and make sure they don't happen again. In the end, I was happy with how my claim turned out, but these things could be better.
Lifetime cover for my dog
I definitely won't sugarcoat it - my pup had a rough time with IVDD and needed bladder surgery. Unfortunately, he didn't make it. But I gotta say, this company was a breeze to work with through it all. Making claims myself and through the vet was easy peasy.
