Barley and Turmeric supplements
After my brother and sister told me how they stay slim and fit, I thought I'd give Barley and Turmeric supplements a shot. I was a bit unsure at first, since they don't work out much, but when I saw how flat my sister's belly had gotten, I was sold. I bought three bottles and have been taking them for a few weeks. I've noticed that I have more energy and just feel better overall. I'm excited to see how these supplements will benefit me in the long run.
Protein powder and multivitamins
I went to this GNC store and they had such a good variety of products. The people working there really knew their stuff and were super helpful in helping me pick out what I needed. Ordering online was easy and fast, and my delivery came right on time. The prices were reasonable, especially when I compared them to other places I've shopped before.

Women's stress relief multivitamin
I bought this women's stress relief multivitamin from GNC 'cause I've been feeling so stressed lately. Thought it might help, but it's been about 3 weeks and no change in my stress levels. Feels like a waste of money, doubt I'll buy it again.
Protein powder purchase
I bought some protein powder from GNC not too long ago, but it never showed up. I looked at the tracking info and saw that it got sent back to GNC because it got messed up during shipping. So, I got in touch with customer service and they said my order was canceled and I'd get my money back. I asked them to just send me another one, but they said no dice because of company rules. It's been almost three weeks now and still no refund. The way they've been dealing with this whole thing is really frustrating and not very clear.
Online order experience
I've been a customer of this company for a long time, so I thought I'd give online ordering a shot since they didn't have what I needed in-store. I splurged on overnight shipping for a $200 order, hoping to get it quickly. But man, was I let down by the service. The order didn't even ship on time, even though I paid extra for speedy delivery. After waiting around with no updates, I had to call and complain just to get a refund on the shipping. You can't offer quick shipping if you can't deliver on it. This whole ordeal has seriously shaken my trust in this company's online ordering.
Creatine order, Missing Shipment
I wanted to share my recent experience with buying creatine supplements at your store. Sadly, my order didn't go as planned. I only wanted one container of creatine, but received eight by mistake. Even though I was charged for the wrong order, I never got the shipment. When I called customer service, they said I could only get a refund if I sent back the products I never even got. Now I'm out $400 and pretty upset that this hasn't been resolved. This kind of service isn't acceptable and it's made me think twice about shopping with you in the future.
Protein powder
My time at GNC was pretty disappointing. The folks working there didn't seem very knowledgeable or helpful when it came to helping customers find the right stuff. They were more interested in selling their own products than actually assisting people. I was hoping for a good selection of quality items in the store, but it was pretty limited. The best stuff was only online. And don't even get me started on the delivery - it took forever! Overall, my GNC experience wasn't great and I'll be looking elsewhere for my supplements from now on.
Multivitamin and Pro Memberships
GNC makes their employees meet some sketchy sales goals just to stay employed there. They gotta sell a certain amount of daily vitamins, push pro memberships, make regular sales, and get people signed up for the loyalty program. On top of all that, they're basically running the store all on their own, getting paid next to nothing, and having to attend meetings nonstop. It's no surprise that the workers are unhappy and resorting to stealing from the company - they're just trying to take back some happiness!
Vitamins and protein powder
So I went to this store to grab some vitamins and protein powder, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. Their cancellation policies are awful - why can't you just cancel an order online? I had to reach out to them during their limited hours just to try and cancel, and they said there was nothing they could do. And those confirmation emails? They only send them after the order is already shipped, so if you change your mind, you're out of luck. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from this place, it's a total mess.
Online order missing items
I just ordered 9 things from GNC online and only got 3 of them when the package showed up. I reached out to customer service right away to let them know, but they weren't very helpful. They just kept saying the same things over and over about needing to look into it more. They didn't give me any real help or tell me when I could get the rest of my order or a refund. It was really annoying and disappointing to deal with such bad customer service from a company like GNC.
Pro Plan purchase
I went to this store to get some of that fancy Pro Plan stuff, you know? The cashier promised me they'd hook me up with the plan, but guess what? When I needed it later on, it was nowhere to be found. I emailed customer service, but all I got was the run-around. In the end, I was left with no Pro Plan, lost some points, and had to deal with a bunch of unhelpful customer service folks. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the store in person.
Vitamins
Hey, so I was trying to pick up some vitamins from this store and they had this awesome deal where you buy two and get one free. I'm currently deployed in Iraq, so taking care of my health is a top priority. But then, they randomly canceled half of my order with no explanation! The free vitamins I was supposed to get were in that canceled portion, so I was pretty disappointed. I tried to cancel the rest of the order, but they wouldn't let me. I definitely won't be shopping there again.
Supplement purchase
I recently bought something from GNC and the wrong supplement was delivered to my house. I'm a regular customer there and I was pretty bummed with the customer service this time. The staff didn't seem to care and kind of brushed off my concerns about the mix-up. It's frustrating to get someone else's package when everything was pre-paid and confirmed through the OTP system. I wouldn't recommend placing any prepaid orders with them, especially after the lack of help I got after the mistake.
Nutritional supplements
I bought some supplements from this store, and I gotta tell you, I was really let down by the whole thing. When I noticed I got the wrong stuff, I called their customer service right away to try and cancel the order. But they told me they couldn't do it then, and I was pretty annoyed about it.
