Lift kit purchase
You know what, I really value companies that actually answer the phone when I call. It's not that hard, really. But props to these guys, they've been on top of picking up my calls almost every day while I've been working on upgrading my truck with a new lift kit. And let me tell you, when you're messing with a lift kit, there are a ton of questions that come up. Like, will those 37s even fit on your stock axles? I can't just make those tires appear out of thin air, you know? So yeah, it's frustrating when things take longer than you expect, but hey, that's just how it goes sometimes. Overall, I appreciate the effort they're putting in, even if it's not perfect all the time.
Trustworthy shopping
I bought the new Jeep a few months back and there are some requirements where i needed some parts to buy. It was not easy to find it online but i got introduce to this site.
I bought the parts from here and they got delivered on time without any late or disturbance. Also, it was fast delivery which i really find good.

I bought a roof rack online recently and picked one that said it was in stock for a quick delivery. But, it's been a whole week and I haven't gotten any updates on my order. So, I decided to email customer service to see what was going on. Unfortunately, I didn't get a response at all. After that, I tried calling their 1-800 number, but I just kept getting transferred around and then suddenly hung up on. I then tried to call the local store in Calgary, but their phone was out of order. Finally, I managed to get through to the Edmonton store, but they couldn't help me because my order was connected to the Calgary spot. I'm super frustrated with this lack of communication and customer service. It looks like I'm gonna have to make a trip in person to sort this out.
Lift kit and off-road accessories
I bought a lift kit and some off-road accessories from this store not too long ago. The website said everything was in stock and would ship right away, but that didn't happen. I was pretty bummed when I found out my order was actually on back order and I got charged right away. It's been over two months now and I still don't have everything I ordered. Dealing with their customer service has been a headache - I can't cancel my order or get a refund on my credit card. It's been really frustrating and just not cool.
Roof rack purchase
I really regret not doing my homework before making a purchase from this company. It's been a total pain dealing with their customer service. I ordered a roof rack that never got to me, and it was sent back to the warehouse two weeks ago. I've been trying to get a refund, but nobody there knows what's going on. When I did manage to reach a customer service person, they weren't much help and just told me to keep waiting for an email. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to get your roof rack.
Off road light bar purchase
I bought an off-road light bar from this store not too long ago and I have to say, the installation did not go smoothly. The employees seemed clueless when it came to setting up the lights, leaving me with a sloppy installation that I now have to pay extra to get fixed. I was pretty disappointed with the service I got and I doubt I'll be coming back for any more purchases.
5 wheels and 5 tires ordered
I ordered new wheels and tires from this place, but I changed my mind and canceled the order the next day. It's been a whole month now and I still haven't gotten my refund. What's the deal with that?
Lift kit installation
I was really disappointed with how little security they had at that place. My aunt's identity got stolen and they opened a credit card in her name without checking with her first. They didn't even ask any questions when they started sending stuff to this stranger. It's really worrying and it just shows they don't care about keeping their customers safe and private.
ARB summit bumper purchase
I just bought an ARB summit bumper for my truck from this shop, and man, let me tell ya, it was a total disaster. The bumper arrived all messed up, with some major damage that they definitely tried to hide before sending it out. I tried getting in touch with them about it, but no one answered my emails or calls. I wasted so much time on hold just to get ghosted. It's so annoying to spend your money on something, only to have it show up in such crappy shape.
Stabilizer mount
I bought a stabilizer mount from this store, but all I got was a few bolts and washers. I tried to contact them to fix the issue, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It seems like they might not care too much about keeping customers happy.
Soft Top Replacement for TJ Jeep
I just bought a new soft top for my TJ Jeep from a shop in Santa Ana, CA. The product was alright, but man, their customer service was seriously lacking. I tried calling a bunch of times to check on my order, but every time I got someone on the line, they put me on hold for what felt like forever. This kinda left me feeling disappointed, and I don't think I'll be shopping there again anytime soon.

And get this, the customer service number on the Canadian website didn't even work, so I had to use the number on their Facebook page! Ugh, talk about aggravation!
