Patriot Power Sidekick
I just got my Patriot Power Sidekick and I'm pretty impressed with it. When I got it, the battery was at 81%, so I checked out the manual, plugged it in, and charged it up to 100%. I tried it out by using it to charge my 12-volt car battery flashlight charger, and it worked like a charm. To top it off, both the solar panel and the generator showed up within a week of me ordering them, which was a nice surprise. I can definitely say that 4 Patriots came through on their word of giving a dependable and effective power source.
Portable power cells purchase
I bought a couple of portable power banks from this company to keep around just in case of emergencies. I charged them up at first and then left them in a sunny spot to be all set for when I might need them. But when I tried to use them the other day, they were both totally drained and wouldn't hold a charge. I'm pretty let down by the quality and performance of these power banks. I thought they would be more dependable, especially since they're meant for emergencies.

$4000 purchase
I spent almost $4000 with this company and I gotta say, I'm really let down by the products. When my order came, a bunch of stuff was open and food was spilled all over the place - not cool. I tried calling their customer service but was on hold for over 20 minutes the first time, and over an hour the second time before I said forget it. It's pretty obvious they don't give a dang about their customers or what they're selling. I'm definitely sending everything back.

I just dropped over $5000 on a solar generator and EMP shielding, but the company I bought it from has been a massive letdown. They totally messed up the delivery address, which delayed my order, and their customer service is a joke. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times through email and calls, but all I've gotten is crickets. Waiting on hold for over an hour just to be ignored is not how I like to spend my time.

Generator with free sidekick generator
I recently bought a generator that came with a free sidekick generator thanks to a promo I saw on the website and Newsmax. When my order arrived, it wasn't what I expected – instead of the sidekick generator, I got a sauna blanket. I tried reaching out to customer service by phone and email but didn't hear back from anyone. The live chat turned out to be a bot that just offered me a discount on the wrong item. When I asked to speak to a manager, the chat ended abruptly and my issue wasn't resolved. The lack of communication and follow-up from the company left me feeling frustrated. I wouldn't recommend them because they didn't keep their end of the deal.

So, I bought these solar-powered phone chargers and food containers recently, but man, the chargers just aren't working like they should. Super frustrating because I was really counting on them for emergencies. On top of that, I got a bunch of food containers and was supposed to get a $25 discount coupon, but it never showed up. And even if it did, there wasn't anywhere on the order form to put it in, which just made things even more annoying. I recently splurged on an emergency survival kit that set me back over $1,000. However, my whole ordeal dealing with the company has been far from satisfactory. The tracking number they gave me only accounted for one package, yet I ended up getting a whopping 4 packages delivered separately, which just brought on more confusion and missing items. To make matters worse, one of the tubs filled with survival meals was straight up missing, and the two tubs we did manage to get were caked in powdered food, so we had to roll up our sleeves and clean them thoroughly. Just to top it all off, the customer service has been a total nightmare to reach out to, with never-ending hold times and unsuccessful attempts at getting a returned call. It's such a letdown, especially considering how crucial these products are supposed to be.
Solar generators and solar chargers
I just bought 2 solar generators and 4 handheld solar chargers from this company. So, when the power went out 8 months later, I was shocked that neither the generators nor the chargers worked, even though I charged them using the wall outlet. I contacted customer service for help and they told me I was missing a "key" that was essential for them to work. Their suggestion to use a nail file or credit card corner to operate the devices seemed pretty silly to me. When I asked for a refund, they said I had to ship everything back at my own expense, which was frustrating. I ended up donating the backup food to a food bank since I thought it was low quality, rather than dealing with the hassle of returning it. Overall, I was really disappointed with my whole experience and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Leaky package
I ordered this item and when it showed up, it was a total disaster, leaking all over the place! Yuck! It took them forever to respond and make it right, but I guess it's better late than never!
Faulty cooler
I got this cooler from the company and it's been a total bust. The thing doesn't even work - the compressor won't kick in, so it's basically just taking up space. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service to return it, and I've had to call them three times already. Every time I call, they say they'll send a new one over and email me instructions for sending back the broken one, but it's been three days and I haven't heard a peep. Today when I called, all I got was more excuses. It's really pushing me to the edge and I'm thinking of calling my credit card company to challenge the payment. On top of all that, it's made in China, which is a big turnoff. I won't be buying from these folks again or believing anything they try to push on me.

I've been trying to get a hold of customer service several times now, but no dice. I've wasted more than 2 whole hours waiting on hold and left my info for a call back more than once, but no one ever called back. I even shot them three emails, but got no reply. This radio silence has me doubting the quality of their stuff. I've made up my mind - I'm sending everything back.
Emergency food supply
I got this emergency food supply and man, when it arrived, the labels were all messed up and came right off when I touched them. They sent me replacements, but same problem. I am so annoyed and definitely not shopping with them again. Save your money, folks!
