Recent Aesop store visit
I recently stopped by an Aesop store in Marylebone and it was such a lovely experience. I've shopped with this brand before, so I was curious to see what this specific store had in store. When I walked in, Evi and Megan gave me a super friendly welcome and they really knew their stuff when it came to the products. Even though I told them I was just looking around, they still took the time to give me some samples and tell me all about the items. The store itself had a really cool vibe with these calming pink walls that I couldn't stop staring at - I'm a sucker for good interior design! Evi even went above and beyond by showing me the color name of a paint on a screen when I was gushing about it. Both Evi and Megan made me feel right at home and made my shopping trip a blast. I left thinking every store should strive for that same kind of inviting atmosphere.

I just bought some gifts from this store and I was really impressed with how everything went. The items came wrapped up nicely, showing that they really paid attention to detail. However, the delivery person was a little rough and some of the stuff got damaged. But the customer service was amazing and they fixed everything right away. In less than a day, they replaced everything, which was way faster than I expected. It's not always easy getting replacements for broken stuff, so I really appreciate how quickly and smoothly they handled everything.
Fragrance and skincare products
My trip to the store recently was awesome! The people working there really knew their stuff, especially when it came to picking out fragrances and skincare products. The guy who helped us with scents was super knowledgeable, it was really cool. Justine, who showed us hand washes and balms, totally got what we were looking for and even helped my husband with beard care stuff. We were so happy with what we bought and we're excited to go back for more great products and service.
Hand lotions and washes for restaurant restrooms
I wanted to ask about hand lotions and washes for our restaurant bathrooms, so I contacted your business development team. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with their customer service. They were rude and asked for pictures of our restrooms before they would help us. They also wouldn't answer basic questions. It's been a month and I haven't gotten anywhere with them.

I'm really disappointed with the service from this company. They told me to reach out on Trustpilot, but I haven't heard anything about my order. It's frustrating that they haven't tried to get in touch with me. The way Aesop is handling this is unprofessional and unacceptable.
Online customer service experience
I just had an awesome online conversation with this rep who really saved my butt with a problem I was having. Their name was 'D' and they were super professional and quick at fixing things. I was freaking out but 'D' helped me chill out and fixed it right up. I also learned to always check my spam folder before going full panic mode. 'D' really went the extra mile and helped me out, even though it was late. A+ customer service for sure!
Efficient purchase process
I just bought something from this company for the first time and hands down, it was a great experience. The website was super easy to use and I found everything I needed pretty fast. Checking out was a breeze and I loved that they offered free shipping. My package got here right on time, thanks to a trustworthy courier, and that was a nice bonus. I'll definitely be coming back to shop from them again because of their reliable service and fast delivery.
Gift purchase
I just went to the store to buy a gift and the people working there were really nice and helpful. Even though it was busy, the salesperson helped me quickly and was great at customer service. She even remembered me from last time and knew exactly what I was looking for. It was nice that she remembered me and it made shopping easy and fun. Thanks to her help, I was able to buy what I needed without any problems.
Lightweight body moisturizer
I went to the store looking for a light body lotion and the salesperson, Hanae, really knew their stuff. They suggested the Rind Concentrate Body Balm, which was perfect for me. Hanae also recommended the Violet Leaf Hair Balm for my fine hair and even gave me some samples to try. The one-on-one help I got from Hanae made a big difference and I'll definitely be coming back for more of these products.

I'm really frustrated as a customer because I still haven't gotten my order that I made months ago. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back about where my order is at. The tracking number hasn't been updated since I bought it, so I have no idea when my stuff will show up. It's really annoying and worrying that there's been no communication or transparency, especially since it's been so long since I placed the order.
Recent customer service experience
I recently had a really frustrating experience with the customer service at this company. I've been a loyal customer and have bought a lot of stuff from them, so I was hoping for better help when I needed it. But when I tried to reach out for assistance through email, chat, and phone, it was so disappointing. I never got a response to my emails for two whole weeks, the chat just had me waiting for 25 minutes with no answer, and the phone kept redirecting me without letting me talk to anyone. This kind of customer service just isn't okay, and it's got me thinking about whether I really want to stick with this brand.
Damaged Aesop products
I had a really bad time with the customer service at this store. I sent a bunch of pictures of the messed up Aesop products I got, but the support person said I didn't give enough info. After wasting 20 minutes talking to them, they just suddenly ended the chat, making me super angry and disrespected. I've been a loyal customer for a while, but after this, I'm thinking about not supporting this brand anymore. Customer service is super important to me, and the way I was treated just isn't something I can support.

Oh my gosh, the girl who helped me at that fancy body shop was amazing! She knew everything about the products, was really polite, and fun to chat with. She definitely deserves a gold star for being so awesome!
Body lotion with pump design
The design of the pump for that body lotion is kind of annoying, don't you think? It's so frustrating not being able to get all the product out of the bottle. I wish they would rethink the packaging and make it easier for us to use.
Impressed by Christian's customer service
Christian was so knowledgeable and kind, it really impressed me. I didn't plan on buying anything when I came in, but Christian's amazing customer service convinced me otherwise. He knew exactly what he was talking about and genuinely cared about helping me find what I was looking for. It made the whole shopping experience so much better. I can't wait to come back to the store again.
Luxurious toiletries and fragrances
I absolutely love shopping with Aesop. Every time I place an order online, it arrives in a nice cotton tote bag. I've been a loyal customer and I always get my order the next day with great products. Although there was a hiccup with my most recent order getting "lost" by DPD, Aesop was super quick about fixing the problem. I highly recommend them!
Overpriced item and slow delivery
The thing I bought was way too expensive for what I got. And on top of that, the delivery took forever. It took five whole days for me to get just one item, and that's just not cool with me. I would've rather paid extra for faster shipping and got my stuff quicker.
Dog shampoo purchase
I gotta say, the dog shampoo I got from this place is top-notch. My pup had some skin issues with other shampoos, but this one from this company has been a game-changer. It not only gets him squeaky clean, but it also leaves him smelling great for days. Plus, you only need a little bit so it lasts a while, which is a win for my wallet.
