Dress and shoes
I recently bought a dress and shoes from Atterley, and I have to say, their customer service really impressed me. I made a mistake with my order, but they quickly fixed it for me. The team was super responsive and efficient, making sure everything was sorted out quickly. I was a little disappointed when I found out one of the items I ordered wasn't available after I placed my order, but the other item I did get was high quality and just what I wanted. In the end, I'd say Atterley's customer service was excellent and the delivery was really fast too.
Skirt purchase
I just got a cute skirt from this site and I gotta say I was pretty happy with the whole thing. The ordering process was super easy and everything went smoothly. I was a little unsure at first because I had never heard of this site, but after reading good reviews elsewhere, I decided to go for it. This was my first time ordering from Atterley, and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the whole thing. The store I bought from, The Modern Draper, made it super easy to shop. The thing I got was just like they said it would be on the website, and the quality was even better than I expected. Plus, it showed up earlier than they said it would, which was a nice bonus. I'm really happy with what I bought and I'll definitely be back to shop there again.
My online order
My order went through easily, but DHL kept saying my package was on its way when it wasn't even near my house. It really frustrated me!
Valentino purse purchase
I bought a Valentino purse from this company, but I'm worried it might not be real. The tag inside says it's Valentino, but there's also a little pouch with a tag that says "Made in China." I've tried contacting them to ask about it, but all they said was they don't do returns. I'm not sure about the purse's quality or the customer service now.
Essential black puffer vest

Hey there, I usually don't bother with leaving reviews, but this time I had to make an exception. I came across the best deal online, and let me tell you, it was worth it. I received my coat really quickly and it was nicely packaged. I ended up having to return it for a smaller size, but the process was super easy. The new one arrived surprisingly fast, especially considering it was Christmas time. It would have been beneficial to have a link to the designer's size chart because the coat ended up being too big. It would be better if they used European sizes instead of xs, s, m, etc.
Returned item refund

It's really frustrating me and causing a lot of stress. I just want this resolved quickly so I can feel better about the service I received.
Sunglasses order mix-up
I recently bought 2 sets of sunglasses from this company, thinking they were in stock based on their website. Unfortunately, they weren't actually available. Even though I wasn't keen on waiting for a backorder, I decided to give them a shot. I made sure to tell them about my upcoming move and asked them to update the delivery address. The first set of sunglasses arrived at the right place, but the second set was sent to the wrong address by mistake. Since then, they've been ignoring all my attempts to fix the situation or get a refund. Their lack of communication has left me with no choice but to file a credit card claim for nearly $400. I had higher expectations from such a well-known company, but it turns out they're just wasting my time.

I was really looking forward to getting my package from Atterley, but it never showed up! I think the company might have gone out of business because it shut down before my order could even get to me. Now I can't even return the items that didn't fit properly. It's so frustrating!
