    First order in February 2020

    Ever since I placed my first order with them back in February 2020, my shopping experience has been nothing but smooth and efficient. The website was super easy to use, which made it a breeze to find and choose the items I wanted. The prices were also really reasonable, so I was able to grab all my essentials without spending a ton of money. All in all, I've been really happy with my interactions with Because Market and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

    First purchase experience

    My experience with this company was awful. I made it clear I didn't want any products until the 2nd month, but they still sent my first package after just 2 weeks. When I tried to cancel, they said no and even pushed other products on me. They wouldn't cancel my account and eventually just hung up. I called several times, but they kept ignoring me or hanging up. Finally, after many tries, they canceled my account. It was so frustrating and disrespectful.

    Undergarments Starter Pack

    I recently had a really bad experience with an online store that did some shady stuff to trick my elderly neighbor into signing up for recurring billing and auto-ship without her knowing. She thought she was just getting a "Free Starter Pack/Sample" of underwear for a small shipping fee, but ended up getting stuck in a $90 monthly subscription. Even after we told the company about the mistake, they wouldn't stop sending her stuff or charging her card. The website was sneaky, making the word "Free" stand out while hiding the subscription details, so people would get stuck in recurring charges without realizing it. Their customer service was no help and kind of mean, they wouldn't refund everything and made it tough to send back the stuff she didn't want. This company clearly targets unsuspecting customers, especially seniors, and doesn't play fair in their business. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, better to find a more honest retailer for your shopping needs.

    I bought some underwear and wipes after seeing an ad that caught my attention. But man, they were horrible! First off, they sneakily tried to sign me up for a subscription, not cool at all! The wipes reeked of chemicals and the undies felt like I was wearing a diaper. They leaked all over the place and were crazy uncomfortable. Complete waste of my money!

    Unwanted duplicate order issue

    I just had the most frustrating situation with this company. So, I got an email saying they were sending me another package, even though I already got my first one. I contacted customer service to cancel the extra order but was told it was already on its way and couldn't be stopped. I was pretty bummed to find out I had no option to turn it down because of their rules. It really made me doubt how this company works.

    Inconsistent Customer Service

    The customer service at this company is just awful. I had a problem with my order and when I contacted them, it was so hard to even get a response. They were no help at all and it seemed like they didn't even care about my issue. It's so frustrating that they won't even help with returns, especially when it wasn't my fault. And on top of that, their products are not even that good. Don't waste your money, find somewhere else to shop.

    Unauthorized auto shipments

    I am shocked by how this company lacks transparency and accountability. It's not okay to keep sending products to someone without asking. And they were charging a card meant only for medication! The people getting these surprises had no clue what was happening. How can a company act like this and still think they're trustworthy? And on top of that, always changing products and prices just makes things more confusing and annoying for customers. It's like a big mess that should never have been allowed in the first place.

    Booster Pads

    The shipping for my order was ridiculous, I mean it took forever. It was way longer than I thought, even longer than stuff coming from China. And to top it off, none of the customer service people I talked to spoke proper English. It was obvious when the first person didn't even know they sold Booster Pads, and I had to talk to two more people just to get my order right.

    Subscription Service Problems

    Oh my goodness, this place is such a rip-off! I ordered a subscription box and it arrived a whole month before it was supposed to! They went ahead and charged me without even giving me a heads up 😒 And then they had the nerve to ask me to pay to return it! How rude!
