Beyond Yoga has totally changed the way I see fashion and comfort. I've always had trouble finding clothes that flatter my body shape, being smaller up top and bigger on the bottom. But then I found Beyond Yoga and everything changed. Their activewear fits like a dream and makes me feel confident and stylish. The quality of the material is top-notch and the designs are beautiful yet practical. Thanks to Beyond Yoga, I can now confidently say that I feel both fashionable and comfortable.
Leggings and sports bras
The customer service here is not the best, it's kind of lacking. It's like there's a gap between how good the products are and how helpful the service is. The leggings and sports bras are actually pretty good, but the customer service just doesn't measure up. When problems come up, it's hard to get help right away, which just makes the whole buying process annoying. Companies really need to focus on both making great products and taking care of their customers to keep people coming back.
Email communication
I have to say, this company's customer service is just awful. They never respond to emails, and they don't even give out a phone number for people to call about their orders. It's really not okay. I can't believe in this day and age they still only rely on email. They need to do better and offer things like a chat service or a phone number for customer support.
Second pair of leggings
I've been a loyal customer for years and always loved the products I've bought from you guys. But, my recent experience with a second pair of leggings has been a bit of a letdown. The first pair I got was already ripped when it arrived, which was a bad sign. Then, the replacement leggings started getting all pilly after just a few weeks of wearing them. And now, only 3 months later, I found a hole in them. It's frustrating to see the quality take a nosedive so quickly. I really hope this isn't the new normal for your brand because I've always been a big fan of my past purchases.
Cute workout leggings
Oh my gosh, I got these really cute workout leggings from this place, but oh my gosh, have you ever tried ordering online? It was seriously the worst experience ever! The customer service was just so terrible and the shipping was a complete disaster. They lost my package and then wouldn't even give me a refund! Like, seriously? I do really like their stuff, but now I would only buy from a physical store. I also heard the reviews on BBB are bad too, so I'd say definitely steer clear of ordering from them online!
Expensive shrunken sweater
I recently splurged on a fancy sweater from this brand, only for it to shrink a ton after I washed it as directed. The sleeves and length shrunk like 6 inches, which totally ruined it for me. I tried leaving a bad review on their site, but it mysteriously didn't show up. I also emailed them about it and got zero response. Needless to say, I'm super let down and won't be buying from them anymore.
Yoga pants
The products here have really gone downhill, and let's not even talk about the customer service - it's just awful. It seems like the company cares more about money than keeping its customers happy, and that's a shame. I've been ignored when I bring up any problems, and they don't seem to care about keeping me as a customer. The whole experience here has definitely gotten worse, and they need to do better if they want to keep people coming back.
Online order, multiple charges
I decided to try out this online store, and man, was it a mistake. I placed an order and their system ended up charging me three times for the same thing. I contacted them right away to get a refund for the extra charges, but it was like pulling teeth. I had to wait for all three orders to show up, then deal with the headache of printing labels and sending them back through USPS. It was a total hassle. And even after waiting for weeks, I only got two of the refunds. Their customer service is basically non-existent - I tried reaching out multiple times and got no response. It feels like they couldn't care less about their customers or their system issues. Sure, the clothes are cute, but the stress and inconvenience aren't worth it. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.
